People always complain to me that it takes forever when they go to Ferguson but that's not my experience I was in and out of there in 10 minutes. Lead Operator Meiners Oaks Water District.

I went to Fergusson for the first time in need of some toilet parts. It tyrbs out that there wasn't an obvious quick solution. The person helping helped figure it out and get me the parts I needed. Love this place.

Worst customer service ever. Put zero effort into trying to help me with what I needed. Were more interested in trying to close the store then helping. If I could give no stars I would.

The service is the worst, the people who work there are very lazy. I asked about some items and they told me they didn't have them anymore. I kept looking and I found them. Unfortunately, the company I work for only has an account

Went in to the counter sales department to find a new bolt for my bathroom faucet. The guys at the counter were the most least helpful people I have ever encountered at a plumbing store. They wouldn't even look at the part I took in to replace. They just said can't help you. Wow..i guess with their x-ray vision they could see what I held in my hand to automatically tell me they couldn't help or didnt have the part. I won't be returning. Not worth my time or gas.

Every time you go in their plan to spend at least 30 to 45 minutes in line that’s if there’s only four people in line. Unbelievable these guys have a system from the 1990s. they seriously need to update things. It is the worst customer service of all time. every single time and never fails. If you own your own plumbing business forget going there. You’ll only be able to do one job a day because you’re waiting in line for half your day at Fergusons

Great plumbing supplier with large stock and friendly knowledge staff. Everyone is welcome with all forms of payment accepted. If they don't stock it they can get it ordered and overnight on their fleet of trucks. So if for a simple repair to a major remodel they will have you taken care of. So don't be shy homeowners or builders come on in and see the store and staff.

I went in for some foam pipe insulation to use as padding for dingy mounts on my boat. They were great! The helped me get the best stuff for this application. I’ll go back for sure!

We needed to buy a 100 gallon water heater and Kevin helped us out really well. Kevin stayed on the phone with us until we decided on exactly what we wanted to buy and he helped us find a plumber to do the install as well.

This company sucks.I ordered part from main office over the phone .when I went to pick it up. it was the wrong pipe. Trying to get credit back on my card was the worst experience. The guy at the counter says he can't refund the credit .Only the manager.And he wont be back till next week.for me to call main office to get credit back.i called main office they said they can't find supervisor to refund my credit .between the main office and the local branch .they were both unhelpfull.At the end I just called my bank and put a claim on Ferguson. Had my refund in 5min. Home depot has the parts to order and way better service. Stay away from Ferguson. Fergotsom professional employees .🤬

This is a great plumbing supply warehouse in Ventura, California. As a homeowner I don't know alot about what I needed or how to find it, and Dan, the cashier was so kind, walked me through what they had available and even where I could go to shop for items they didn't carry on hand. Really, doesn't get better than good old fashioned service with a smile.
