I called around Ventura & Oxnard for leak detection companies and Pinpoint was the only one who could show up right away without charging a premium. Their service was great and the price was very reasonable. We have used them twice now for our rental properties and they will be our first choice going forward.

My experience with PinPoint leak detection was really terrible. They do not care about their customers. All they care is how can they squeeze more dollars out of people. I highly highly recommend you to stay away from them. I worked with jordon at their company. He was very rude and unprofessional. They charged me $3200 to find a leak and fix a problem, but the problem was never resolved. They made a few trips to my house to detect a leak and even fixed or perhaps pretended to fix one of the pipes but the problem was still there. I ended up working with someone else. I had never been robbed like this before. Please be careful from this company.

We suspected a second hotwater leak and called Pinpoint Leak Detection to confirm. We have used other companies in the past for a previous slab leak and were not impressed, but this company was exceptional. Anthony was professional, efficient and friendly. He showed up prepared and on time, confirming that we did in fact have a leak in our slab. He also offered advice on what would be best for the home repair. Definitely recommend.

Pinpoint was recommended by a plumber working nearby. We called for pricing and they were honest and encouraged us to shop around. They said they were probably not the cheapest, but that they were reputable and worked with the specific plumber who recommended them.

They came out and were friendly, accurate and explained the process, checking with me on every step. They located the slab leak and explained the possible solutions that the plumber would take.

had a gas leak and they found it quickly and addressed it. wasnt cheap but this type of thing I didnt mind spending the money. It was a relief to have them out. Will use again for sure.

I had been noticing an area of floor located in a hallway in the middle of the house was increasing becoming warmer. I was concerned because the some houses in the complex have had similar leaks which resulted in the foundation having to be dug up to fixed a broken/leaking pipe. Not knowing exactly who to call my neighbor recommended Pinpoint Leak Detection and I called and was lucky to get an appt in 2 days. Anthony Vazquez, the service rep, showed up on time and was very nice. I was very impressed at the professionalism he displayed. He went to work right away and in less than 45 minutes Anthony pinpointed the leak within a few inches. He advised that despite my worry about tearing up the foundation all Anthony advised that was the case, the floor needed be dug up, a plumber could through the walls; a much easier fix than having to replace the flooring. The relief I felt was extraordinary!

Service, service, service!...very reliable company that was able to provide quick and efficient service for locating all of our plumbing which is buried under our slab foundation and found the exact point of a leak. They sent someone pretty soon after I called and the service person they sent was nice and respectful. However, the leak ended up being pretty far from where the service person had indicated it was. This resulted in having to break a lot more of the foundation in order to find where the leak actually was. Afterwards, I called to see if I could get some kind of partial refund and was told they would get back to me and they never did. I recommend taking before and after pictures which show where the leak is supposed to be, and then showing where it actually was in case this happens to you.
