Received an $1,100 water bill and was referred to them by our regular plumber, Barcena Plumbing. Amazing service. Anthony came out and found the leak in less than a half hour. now to get it fixed. Highly recommend this company.

Pinpoint Leak Detection was recommended by my plumber as I was experiencing an aggressive water leak on my property. They came out promptly and explained the nature and exact area of the leak and even painted the area with arrows so that my plumber could easily locate it for the fix. I truly appreciated Shawn's and Rob's professionalism and quick action. While I hope that I'll never have to call them again, I will most definitely do so if I have a similar issue.

I called them for a gas leak detection. They responded quickly and the technician was able to locate the problem area fast. The technician was very professional and helpful. I would definitely recommend them if you need that service. They are priced comparable to others in my area.

Pinpoint was impeccable from start to finish. Katrina the scheduler was very accommodating and asked about the specific problem so inspector could be aware and prepared regarding concern. Anthony, the inspector, called before arrival which was on time, polite, welcomed questions and answered with an explanation that a lay person could understand. Inspection was very thorough. This is a company which you should consider as needed. They also have high regards from landscapers and contractors.

Angle came out to our house and did a through job detecting where the leak was. We were very happy with his work and how quickly he was able to do it. He was really pleasent to work with as well. We highly recommend calling Pinpoint when needed.

Pinpoint Leak Detection was fantastic from start to finish. They were able to come out quickly, and once on site they were fast and thorough in diagnosing the issue. They didn’t just guess — they clearly explained the possible causes and were able to identify exactly what was causing the problem.

The staff was extremely helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable, and it was obvious they really know what they’re doing. The entire process felt efficient and professional, which gave us a lot of confidence in their findings.

American leak detection was wonderful. Gregg made time in his busy schedule between to appointments to thoroughly examine my house. Unfortunately for me, he found a leak. He provided a detailed, clear and concise bill. I recommend utilizing the service if you believe you have a leak.

From detecting the leak with sophisticated equipment to repairing it, our experience with this company was first-rate. The entire process was completed within 24 hours and in line with other companies’ pricing. Greg, the owner (pictured) was prompt, courteous, professional, as was the plumber he assigned to fix the leak. Then, the owner insisted on professionally fixing very minor damage caused by the repairs. Extremely satisfied.

This company is outstanding in every way that matters to a customer. Smart, fast, dependable, courteous, and exceptionally competent at their job. Andy is incredible. I’ve needed them twice to find leaks on my 3,500 foot waterline, and Andy found them each time within one hour. Miraculous. The office is also responsive and capable. This is the team you want on your side. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Our HOA has had the best luck with this company vs a few others. Andy is professional, knowledgeable, and deserving of 5 stars. Front office staff is also professional and responsive. We will use them exclusively if we can.

This is the second time I have had American Leak Detection at my house to find an irrigation leak. I'm happy to say that they are two for two. This one was a little more challenging because the flow rate was not great, but they still found it, with a little bit of helium! We found the breached PVC 90° elbow about 2 1/2 feet deep exactly where they placed their marker.

I can’t tell you how hard it is to find a trustworthy business you feel comfortable and fair in all interactions and this company hits all those point!

Rootless drains was honestly the easiest, cheapest and quickest company I have ever dealt with, he was very polite, on time and gave me honest options on what I had to get done.
