You know how when you go to a hardware store and the kid on the Isle doesn't know what he's talking about, you don't get that here. Everyone here is very experienced and knowledgeable about the products and the type of help you're going to need. Great owners that care about your job being successful.

The guy working here was very friendly and knowledgeable and was able to get all the parts I needed to get my dishwasher drain hooked up. They seem to have a wide selection of inventory. I look forward to coming back here again.

I really appreciated them providing a space for the 3C-REN heat pump water heater seminar 9/11/24. Also, the staff was very helpful in demonstrating procedures to install expansion rings for pex tubing applicable for Split SanCO2 heat pump Water heaters.

Called today to inquire about service check for a softener installed by this company. Transferred to a gentleman who was unnecessarily rude. He made it apparent that he was in no mood to entertain my questions and was extremely condescending. So while my softener may indeed be under warranty I will not be giving this company my business and will make every effort to dissuade my friends, family and acquaintances from seeking services from this company. I don’t typically write reviews however in this current economy I think it’s unwise for a place of business to treat a prospective customer this way.

Really great service here. I purchased my vanity and matching mirror here. The folks stayed a little later than usual so that I could get down there from Santa Barbara after work. Really knowledgeable folks who also offered custom services by others to help complete the look and set I was looking for. You don't find service like this anymore - except here!!!

I recently did a bathroom remodel and have praise and gratitude for Elle, the most wonderful sales consultant. With her incredible knowlege of all the varied products Vic's carries, she was able to guide us to the items that fit our taste and budget, never trying to oversell us. She took the guess work out of the purchase by knowing what internal plumbing mechanisms went with what faucets, sinks etc. She was available always to answer our phone calls and address concerns. We had everthing perfectly ordered and delivered before the beginning of our project, ready for the contractor. It all went so smooth. I highly recommend Vic's plumbing! As a side note, I found their prices to be very good. They give a contractors discount and were more competitive than the many items I researched on the internet.I purchased tub, sink, faucets, vanity pulls and couldn't be happier. Was helped immediately upon walking in the door. I don't imagine or expect that they can always do that if they get busy, but it's nice to know that when they are available they do not stand around and chat ignoring customers. The individual who attended me was knowlegable, friendly, professional, met my needs and had me out the door with precisely the things I needed in a fraction of the time it would take just to find an attendant at a whole sales chain home improvement store like Lowe's. The over all cost was only a couple of dollars more than Lowe's, but to be honest I'd rather give my money to a place like this than to the big chains. You just can't put a price on the quality of attentive service they provided.

Highly recommend! Was referred to Steve and was not disappointed. I did a full master bath remodel. He was excellent in helping us decide on products and worked with us through a few hiccups. great job Steve will use again

It's worth every extra dollar spent to get someone like Ruben or Jim who are knowledgeable, courteous and go out of their way to make sure you get what you need. Can't count the times I've emailed Ruben a photo of a valve cartridge & he responds within minutes with the brand name, model and availability. Try that at the big box stores where you get the "deer in the headlights look" when you ask a question.

Was out walking in Mitcham this morning and one of your trade utes flew past me with a trailer on the back. There are many children walking to and from school in that part of Mitcham. The speed limit is 50kph. He was doing at least 70kph. Absolutely disgusting.

Certainly seems like the best place for plumbing supplies in the ventura area. A little more pricey but you get what you pay for.

Great experience. Had a replacement for a very old (1950s) part in stock. Made a daunting job much much easier. Plus, just great, friendly, informative help.

Had the pleasure of working with two associates who are very knowledgeable and helpful. Amanda in particular helped us resolve an issue we had with the utmost understanding and professionalism. In general , the storefront has lots of high end , good quality products and the staff are all welcoming and friendly. Overall wonderful experience. Went there out of desperation having searched fruitlessly for parts at Lowes. Showed up, and perused for maybe 30 seconds before a very kind gentleman asked if I needed help. With just the one or two pics I had showing my issue, he immediately knew the (now out of business) brand, got the perfect part, and rang me up. Flawless visit with some good advice. Everyone seems very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly to boot. Seriously recommend for any parts you may be looking for.

A few weeks back I was in desperate, urgent need of a specific plumbing product for my bathtub. I called Vic’s and was ecstatic when they had the product available since all plumbing supply stores in Santa Barbara did not. I went down the following morning and everyone in there was friend and helpful. The showroom is also beautiful! Thanks to John for all of the helping and going above and beyond. Highly recommend Vic’s for all plumbing supply needs!

Elle and Jim helped me find exactly what I was looking for with lots of option in many price points. I was in and out with no fuss. Very friendly showroom setting to add some bling to your home the large big box retailers could never even come close to providing today's homeowner or builder. Highly recommend Vic's, the go to shop for your plumbing and home refresh and improvement plans.
