I called Mr. Rooter on 8/26/2015 due to waste/water backing up through my shower and bathtub. The technician, Larry Z came in to the rescue. He was prompt, neat and clean in appearance, used his protective shoe covers when inside the house, very approachable, knowledgeable, knows his job very well and took his time to explain in details what needs to be done. Larry Z was able to diagnosed the problem quickly, explained all options and quoted me the price. As soon as we agreed on the price, he started working and had his crew first thing the next morning. In less than two days, our plumbing problem was resolved. They did a "NO DIG" Trenchless Technology due to roots in clay pipes.
All the things written in the contract were done to our satisfaction. The contract price was more than we anticipated but overall, we were happy with the results. We will recommend Mr. Rooter Plumbing and will continue to use them in the future.

Fernando Hernandez and his crew did an outstanding job on my older home recoating most of the plumbing lines throughout my house. They were extremely courteous, prompt and diligent workers. I would highly recommend them for small or larger jobs. He has helped me with both and did outstanding work both times.

Arrived late, txt say on the way then showed hour n half later...never touched hot water heater just took pics and charged me $155. To say I need new hot water heater soon...no repair suggested! Saved myself $350. $ puting in my own new heater so never going call these crooks again!!

Needed a P-Trap cleaned out. Ventura County Plumbing and Rooter was able to get to me within 2 hours where other plumbing outfits would even return my call. Arturo was punctual, polite, efficient, and even had booties on his shoes to keep my floors clean. Fixed the problem quickly, and left my bathroom as clean as he found it. Good job!

Fernando went way above and beyond. While fixing my shower, he paused to show me how to make my old fixtures look like new again. I mean literally he was scrubbing my sink! And it was fun! It's hard to recommend Ventura Country Plumbing & Rooter highly enough. Miguel, the owner, has been so professional and helpful as I navigate the plumbing problems of an old house. And Fernando was just as good. I can't say I look forward to plumbing problems, but when they happen I'm sure glad I have these guys to call. They're wonderful! My shower works again, and my sink looks great!!!

E. Valera came to my home to give me a free estimate on fixing my sprinkler system. I have a tiny yard. Suddenly he asked if he could come into my house and I stupidly said yes not understanding why. He asked to use the bathroom and was in there for an unusual period of time. He left the medicine cabinet open! I did not know that he was looking for something in my bathroom. When he came out he opened the cabinet under my kitchen sink and did nothing. He stood up and said I now owed him $150.00. His presence was menacing I wrote the check just to get him out of my house! He was over six feet tall and has a large build. I said, "This is a free estimate" He said, " Well now I have fixed your water pressure". My water filter survivor said no water pressure was affected. My sprinkler system was not "fixed". I got no estimate, false information that my problem was fixed and that I owed him $150.00. I am 76 years old. He took obvious advantage of a senior woman living alone. I called the company in a vitalized positive state and asked for my money back and they said, "We will check into this and get your money back." I waited for two weeks and called again in the same good natured, strong and vitalized state and asked again and THEY HUNG UP AND TOOK THEIR SITE AND PHONE NUMBER OFF THE NET FOR AN UNKNOWN PERIOD OF TIME. I became ill and was not well for three months. I am back and have contacted BBS and am going to the licensing board upon BBS''s recommendation.

Came out to do an easy job, to unclog the toilet. Quoted a price and Was too expensive to unclog it. And when I mentioned it was expensive then he lowered the price. Still, was expensive, but I had no choice to get the job done. I felt bothersome when I said it was too much.

Miguel and his company have provided excellent service replacing our water heater and renewing our floors. Miguel was very professional in dealing with our inquiries and committed in ensuring customer satisfaction is his top priority. He had exemplified this attribute with a revisit to our home after two years to extend and refine his work to ensure we past our home inspection for close of escrow. We would highly recommend Ventura County Plumbing as they are reliable in time of need and their commitment to customer satisfaction is apparent.

Mr. Rooter customer service over the phone was excellent. They came out at the scheduled time. They did a great job at replacing some parts of the toilet. They performed quality work and were friendly. If I ever need to again, I will give them a call.

After paying $6000 for service we were presented with an unitemized bill - plumber had to be called back three (3) times as drains remained clogged - even though they said their service was guaranteed they refused to fix the problem on the third (3rd) phone call - very unhappy and will be contacting BBB and will leave review on Facebook and contact my attorney

This was my first time using this company. My tech was Jose Franco, he was on time, friendly, and knowledgeable. He made quick work of the estimate. We agreed on a price and he got to work. He performed the job exactly as he said. His suggestion on where to run the gas line was right on the money. When he was finished he cleaned up and was on his way. Thank you Jose for such a wonderful job and pleasant experience.

Adrian Martinez provided us professional installation of a water heater replacement is short order. He did help control the initial leaking which was late in the night and got us a fair quote for next day replacement. He was always polite, clearly provided us the options and pricing and gave his professional observations of the best method to resolve our replacement. He also explained all the maintenance servicing we should conduct to extend the life of the new water heater to avoid the same problems we encountered with our old failed unit. This company did a great job of providing text and email massages to schedule arrivals and was spot on every time. It was helpful and gave a sense of safety to be alerted ahead of time of the arrival and actual picture of the service person expected. Very professional - we will suggest Ventura County Plumbing & Rooter to anyone needing work I this area. Thanks Adrian.

Needed someone to come ASAP and they accommodated my request. Expected someone late in the day and they were able to get here earlier. Received a text letting me know and showing me who to expect.
Marc was curtious and respectful. With me and the pups we have. He went over everything he was going to do and what the cost would be. He did the job efficiently and didn't leave a mess after.
Cost was a lot lower than I anticipated.
