These guys are awesome. Rubin came and was friendly, polite and very professional. He replaced my tankless water heater all in one day. Went the extra mile to try and save my old one first. He was very fair regarding pricing. So nice to have hot water again. I have used this group before and will continue to give them all of my business ! You can't go wrong with this company.

Our tenant in a commercial building was having an issue with the toilet flushing. Mr Rooter made the repair super easy to schedule and they were extremely respectful of our commercial tenant's time and space. Additionally, Andy, the technician had excellent communication during the repair (I was not onsite) and got the job done. Thank you! I'd definitely recommend this company.

Fantastic! I called on Monday to report a leak at my house and they got right on it. The issue was resolved within 24 hours. Andy was terrific. He did a wonderful job of walking me through the problem, explaining -- with pictures -- what was happening under my house and addressing questions that I had. He was patient, kind and professional.

Best of all, he and his team worked diligently and expediently. I was grateful that they were able to repair the issue in such a short amount of time.

I'll call on these guys again for future repairs. Deana and Andy communicated well throughout the process. These are the things that get my business. Thanks again!

This people are the worse. If I could give them a negative star I would. We called the because the shower wouldn’t turn off. That lead to a water heather issue to a whole bathroom remodel. I was told it would be 2 weeks; that quickly turned into a month and a half for a very small bathroom that’s the only full bathroom we have. They were constantly late and taking way too long to get anything done. After they were finally done I had to call Amos back 3-5 times to come back here because there was water leaking in the new faucet and eventually in my living room. Not even a year later the water heather isn’t really working, the bath plug doesn’t work, there’s a lot of spots were grout is missing and the seal around the toilet and bathtub are pretty much non existent. I’ve called, texted & emailed Amos and have yet to hear anything back. My toddler can’t even have a bath to calm down before bed and this is completely unacceptable. 30K for a bathroom that’s looks pretty but it’s completely useless. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL. Save yourself the headaches. That’s just a few of the issues of dealing with these people.

When it comes to plumbing, it is always urgent, right? Well, West Coast Plumbing was fast responding, clean and super professional. I am also an architect and I watch every work detail :)

Company is in the process of re piping marina village. Three problems after their completion of my unit.
1. Strapped hot side angle stop into drywall under kitchen sink not to code.

2. Leak occurred under bathroom sink due to broken pop up assembly right after re pipe,Coincidence?
Replaced myself.

3. Lost water pressure to kitchen faucet. Was fine until re pipe. Possibly something got dislodged during plumbing? Now stuck in valve.

I called about a sewer main blockage. They were extremely polite on the telephone and promised to be out within three hours. They showed up at 90 minutes and had the stoppage cleared in 45 minutes. They were extremely courteous and clean and reasonably priced. I highly recommend!

I could not recommend West Coast Plumbing more! I have both business and personal experience with them. Doug is one of the most genuine, caring individuals who takes pride in customer service. All of his guys who I’ve met (Mikey, John, and Shawn) have been very friendly and professional. They were able to fix a water heater leak for me (on a holiday) quickly and saved an entire replacement. Several of my homeowner association clients use West Coast and they are always quick to respond and correct the problem at a fair price. They are a pleasure to work with! I would absolutely recommend West Coast Plumbing! Recently I called on West Coast plumbing on a Sunday. No other plumber was available so the owner showed up to the rescue.

My plumbing issued ended up being a bigger issue than I expected. There was a busted pipe underneath the concrete. However, each plumber was professional, information of the process, and cleaned up the area at the end of each day.

I have used West Coast for over 15 years. I am so thankful to have this reliable plumbing business to take care of my plumbing needs!
