I showed up for a warranty swap out and was greeted with great customer service.

I was very happy with the attention and assistance I received when recently ordering an entire bathroom of appliances; fans, lights, sinks, faucets, tub, toilet and more. Their prices were competitive and everything was delivered in time for my remodel.

Looked for some parts across town no one had a clue what they were. Went into Keenan plumbing talked to a man named scott who nailed every piece without question. Thanks Scott I'll recommend Keenan to all contractors I know.

These guys will give you the wrong parts after giving them model and serial numbers while looking it up on the computer in front of you and will take zero responsibility for it when you come back. They'll act like it never happened, lie to you, and make you, the customer feel incompetent. Never again will I come back and do business.

Going back to Keenan for my plumbing and sewer jetting supplies from now on. I was having a hard time finding a 1/4" spring lead for my jetter hose and finally came across Keenan which is across the street from my old church.

I called and spoke to Nick and he was outstanding. Great vibes and customer service. He found what I needed at a great price and said it would be here about 5 days later and called me today to let me know it was in.

I picked it up at the parts counter where I met Chris the manager who was also really nice. We had some good conversation and I told them I would help them with editing their Google Business hours since they didn't really understand how it worked.

As an owner of a tech company in Ventura, I told them I would help real quick so others would have the correct hours. I just submitted the edit for Google to approve since their hours on my google maps said they were open at 9am M-F and closed at 4pm which concerned me because Nick said they'd be open until 4:30pm and it was like 4:15 when I left my office to get my jetter nozzle.

I would recommend them for your plumbing supply needs and will be buying from them again when I need more stuff. You won't be disappointed, so give them a try today.

Where can I start … this place has become a family to us. I been to plenty of supply stores and nothing beats Keenan from Chris and Ben .. but they definitely need to open Saturdays lol . Great people, great prices

I ordered about $2000 worth of Kohler plumbing fixtures in early April 2021 for a major bathroom remodel. 9of the 10 items were available for pickup within the first week and i was told that the outstanding wall mount faucet would not be available until early June , unless they could obtain it from another of their locations. It is now late July, the bathroom remodel his complete but I am still waiting for the faucet. Keenan cannot tell me when I can expect the faucet and most recently ,i cannot even get through to anyone at Keenan via the phone.

Definitely recommend Keenan Supply for great customer service and attention to detail. Christine was very helpful in finding the items I wanted to order for my bathroom remodel. So glad to find a local Kohler dealer as I wanted Kohler products. They were also able to order the Moen faucets I needed. It is nice to have a local supplier like Keenan to go to instead of "shopping online." Items were available for pickup as well as delivery by their own delivery person.

EXCELLENT customer service from BEN and would also like to thank Scotty and Christine. Every person that I meet here over the last few weeks has been beyond friendly and unique. I have a had many questions this week about product and installation. The entire and staff is helpful and really know their stuff. Keenan is one of the best plumbing supply houses around in Ventura County. The guys are super friendly and incredibly knowledgeable, which makes every visit easy. We needed our sewer lateral to be replaced due to collapsing orangeburg pipe in the middle of our front yard and an almost complete break/blockage at the connection to the city main line. We have a main sewer line back up on Sunday evening. Called Ventura County Plumbing & Rooter and they send Michael out within 90 minutes. He was courteous and got the drain unclogged. We are so thankful for them that they could come out as quick as they did. Thank you!
