Jeff @ The Water Heater Wizard is magical! This guy saved my family during a major plumbing emergency and I couldn't be more thankful that we came upon him. Beyond just the work that he performed (which was expertly done at a price well below competitors), Jeff stepped up to help w/ insurance and genuinely cared about our situation. Where certain plumbing companies have sales people who will prey on people during times of distress (as originally happened to us), Jeff never once pressured my wife or I into anything. Instead he was honest and helpful (and communicative!) every step of the way.

I believe The Water Heater Wizard is a newer company in this town and I'm so thankful to have found them. For anybody needing any sort of plumbing work done, there is no need to look further. Nobody else can rival their work and care for their clients. Don't get fooled by some of the "corporate" companies out there w/ fake 5.0 scores and reviews (as I did). Water Heater Wizard is the real deal and a truly special company in our neighborhood.

Jeff was an amazing person to work with. He is extremely knowledgeable about residential water filtration systems and an expert on residential tankless water heaters. He can explain everything to you so you understand. His follow up is amazing and his work is impeccable.

We were so very lucky to find Jeff. We had major plumbing and water heater issues that needed to be dealt with quickly and Jeff took care of everything completely and as quickly as humanly possible. Worked literally all day on a Sunday to get us taken care of. And didn’t charge us an arm and a leg. Nicest guy, great worker and very fairly priced. Couldn’t make a better decision than calling Jeff for any of your plumbing needs.

We left for the weekend and surprisingly came home with a leak that ruined our flooring and no hot water. We did what we do best and looked up Yelp ,google and found that Jeff does not charge for emergency calls and had him out to immediately to make a repair on our leaking pipe and replacing of our water heater and he was so kind enough to refer us to a water damage specialist. Thank you so much for taking care of our families needs. Highly appreciated and recommended.

Great experience, they came out quick and took care of our old tank water heater and installed a tankless! Jeff also advised on how to move the water heater from inside our laundry room to outside so we could free up space!

I just had Summers Plumbing replace my water heater and was completely satisfied. Robert came to take a look and was able to replace the water heater on the same day. We discussed my options and he guided me to the best solution without trying to upsell me on more expensive equipment. His work was very clean and he hauled the old tank away. We had a surprise plumbing problem of some magnitude. We called several plumbing companies from the phone book and none could respond.
