This is our second experience with Tim at KB Plumbing. The first time we thought we needed our garbage disposal replaced as it was suddenly making a horrible noise. Tim came in and fished out a part from the kitchen faucet that had fallen down there. All fixed! And he didn't charge us! A couple of months later we had him replace our kitchen faucet. Again, easy peasy. He also took time to look at one of our bathroom toilets and give advice. No upselling whatsoever, just straight talk to help you. How refreshing in today's world! Will use Tim and KB again, over and over.

To replace my corroded hose bibs, I wanted two estimates. KB Plumbing was the only one that replied, within an hour of my inquiry. They agreed to come look on the day and time of my choice. But they got tied up on an evergency, so called before my appointment window had expired, and rescheduled, again on a day and time I chose. I expect that kind of courtesy when an issue arises, but I also expect to be disappointed. Not with these guys.

Tim came towards the end of my appointment window. He looked at a couple of extra jobs I'm thinking about, then gave me the unit price for my hose bibs. I asked him to do the job right then, which only made sense, as long as he was there. He even offered a discount from the quoted price, probably because I got two, making it seem all the more reasonable.

His work was efficient, and he protected the surroundings with towels and a pan. He was even kind enough to entertain my questions. He had a problem with his computer overheating, but had a backup plan: I paid over the phone. It took a few days to get the receipt, but they apologized and commented about being busy - no excuses. Overall, a satisfying experience.

KB plumbing is the best plumbing company you will ever hire. They are kind, informative, and stand by their work 100%. They have incredibly fair pricing and go above and beyond in their work. We have used them for so many things! And Continue to return to them because of their service and kindness. I don’t plan on going anywhere else!

We needed our entire house repiped. KB came out within a day or so after contacting them. Their price was very reasonable and they were able to start right away. Oscar was a great plumber and Chuy was talented in all skills! They were on time, reliable, and very respectful. Great to have a local family company to be our new go-to! Thanks KB Plumbing!

Terrible communication and scheduling.

Had an issue with plumbing at the house that was timely and needed to be done day of within a 6 hour window (understanding sometimes thats not always possible). They said they could do it and could get me scheduled.

Fast forward to the end of the window, no communication on timeline, so I texted asking for an ETA, they said they would get back to me & didn't. Ended up having to cancel and find someone else ( to which they promptly replied to the cancellation, go figure).

I needed a shower and shower/bath valve replaced. I shopped around and this company was the fairest priced of the 6 I contacted. They had a plumber available to come the next day. I had to call them a couple of times for updates on the plumber's arrival but someone answered the phone immediately and updated me. The delay was understandable and reasonable. Everyone I spoke with in this company was polite, professional and friendly. I would use this company again and for those to whom it matters, it is family owed.

Excellent service! We called and sent pictures of the problem area. They have us a quote right away. They were able to come the very next morning. The plumber, Chewie, arrived wearing a mask. He was polite and very nice. He fixed the leak and got the faucet to the washer working again as well. The price was more than fair. I highly recommend this company.

OUTSTANDING work!!! Showed up on time, explained everything, the plumber ensured he put towels down before starting work to protect our bathroom fixtures!! He made sure he cleaned up after he was complete! This is by far the best plumbing service I have experienced since being a home owner. If you want quality work then you need not look any further! Tim was a GREAT plumber and would recommend him and KB to ANYONE!!!!

I had a new garbage disposal installed by KB Plumbing and I will be reaching out to them for any future needs. I called and within a day they were here to complete the job. They found my dishwasher hose was kinked and repaired that as well. Great job!

Came out and fixed my problem that day within a hour he was done .excellent work

We had previously been working with another plumbing company that shut our hot water off for 9 days and never replied back to us. I found KB plumbing on Google and decided to give them a call. When I called, Natasha scheduled me in right away and told me the plumber would be at my home within a few hours. Needless to say, Tim came and saved the day!

When Tim arrived, he went directly to the problem and gave us a quote. Tim grabbed his tools and crawled underneath our house to get to the leaking pipe. He had our problem resolved within minutes. I am so appreciative and happy that I called KB plumbing because if I hadn’t, we’d still be without hot water.

The prices are very reasonable compared to other companies, and the best part is, the repair man gave us excellent service. Tim was very patient with me and all my questions. He is very knowledgeable in plumbing and even shared additional information about preventing future leaks.

I’m one happy customer :) and KB plumbing has gained another future client.

We had great service to replace the line from our water main to our garage to repaire a leak. They did a great job, the price charged was fair, and they were always on site exactly when they said they would be. In our case Chuy from KB provided us with great service at a fair price

The plumber went above and beyond to complete a very difficult retrofit to a new sink fixture from a very old fixture. Thank you.

KB Plumbing has been a Godsend to our family this past year! Plumber Chuy has seen us through a multitude of emergency situations including: installing a new water heater, toilet, shower, and unclogging our garbage disposal pipes. He is always there, right on time, and highly professional. The cost has always been more than fair. The staff at KB plumbing are kind and gracious. I will continue to use this company for all of my plumbing needs.

We have used KB plumbing a few times since buying our house in 2022 and each time they are so great! We found some damp dirt in our backyard and turns out a tree root was pushing on an old landscape pipe. KB came out, capped it all off and the problem was solved. Always A+++ service!!!

Looking at all the reviews and a 4.8 average, I decided to call and get scheduled for an appointment for them to look at our plumbing concern. I called and talked to Natasha on 7/15/25 and got scheduled for Friday 7/18/25. Chuy and accociate came out and inspected the concern and said they would give the office the information needed for the repair / estimate. I talked to Natasha that same day and said not a rush and you can just get the estimate sometime the following week, she said great and that was the last time I heard from KB Plumbing.
I'm sure they do great work from all the positive reviews I've seen, but unfortunately I will not be able to experience the great service since it is Sat 8/16/25. I have since moved on and got another company out to take care of our situatuon. If it was a project you did not want to do then just say it's not something we do and I would have been cool with the honesty.
I understand running a business in this economy is very difficult but if you want to keep people happy just reach out and let them know what's going on.
I'm not here to bash them because they are people as well and it would not be fair to them. They just need better communication to their prospective customers.

It was a pleasure working with KB Plumbing. We hired them to update our bathrooms, and they did an outstanding job. Chuy is extremely knowledgeable and easy to work with. We asked about adding more modern fixtures, and he was happy to accommodate and seamlessly incorporate them into the workflow. Communication with the company was smooth throughout the project, and we’re very happy with the final results. Highly recommend!

Marcos came and fixed our plumbing issue. He snaked the line to clear a clog and also replaced a toilet valve. They were very friendly and helpful.
