Tankless heater went out after 15yrs. Vicente and Marco were out and had the new unit installed in under two hours. Minimal impact to those of us at home during repair. Thank you for the great service!

I had an emergency water leak in my home this week in Vicente showed up within an hour, diagnosed the problem and fixed it. He completed his work while minimizing any damage to complete the necessary repair to the broken pipe that was behind a wall. He cleaned up efficiently was very courteous and knowledgeable. Highly recommend

I have always appreciated Marco’s fast response to my plumbing issues…from replacing the wax seal on my toilets that are leaking to cleaning out the P-trap in the stand pipe so my mashing machine does not smell like sewage when I run a hot load. He does an excellent job and is extremely reliable. I will continue to choose Waterfront Plumbing because I know I will be extremely pleased with his work!!

Marco was amazing! I called on a Sunday b/c our water heater broke, and he was out early the next day. He was on time and got the job done quickly and professionally. He explained everything clearly and was super helpful. We highly recommend using Waterfront Plumbing!

I can't thank them enough for all the work they did. They helped replace old pipes in the main home and set up new plumbing for our ADU. I called other companies and they were the most affordable, but also got the job done in a timely manner. I haven't had any issues and it passed inspection. My kitchen disposal got clogged. I found waterfront plumbing number from online. I called them and I received a respond right away. Marco was the plumber that came to my property. Professional, knowledgeable, and caring. Josh identified the root of the problem and fixed it straightaway. We have an underlying slab leak and he’s going above and beyond (including getting involved during his time off) to find and solve that problem as well. He’s an exemplary example of someone who cares about his job and the people he’s helping.

I’ve had multiple plumbers come out to inspect what I was certain was an underground water leak. Each time, they’d kick some dirt around, tell me they didn’t see anything, charge me, and leave—without solving anything. The issue has only gotten worse.

When I contacted Pure Plumbing Company, I expected more of the same. But instead of sending someone out to take my money and offer no real help, they took a different approach: they recommended I contact a leak detection specialist first. They even gave me the name of a reputable company (CPL), the phone number, and suggested a specific technician to ask for.

It was the first time someone seemed to actually care about helping me resolve the root issue rather than just booking another job. They weren’t pushy about hiring them for the repair afterward either—they just gave thoughtful, clear advice. For the first time, I feel like I’m finally going to make progress getting this leak handled correctly.

I’ll absolutely be reaching back out to Pure Plumbing Company once the leak is located. They’ve earned my trust, and I’m grateful for their honesty and professionalism.

Job NOT done. Plumber came out to install Moen device. Could not find water pipe. Had me clear an area in garage, make a hole in drywall to find pipe, found no pipe and then he says next time he’ll bring a scanner. Still waiting for follow up on a time sensitive job

Patrick showed to be very professional, arrived at the time promised and quickly made the installation being careful not to damage the surfaces where he has to use heat. Very knowledgeable ant cleaned perfectly everything and test with me the equipment and installation. Focused in customer satisfaction all the time, and giving clear instructions in what have to be done in my side registering the equipment.

The Technician was great knew exactly what to do with the installation. He navigated our water softener system with ease fit everything perfectly. I am a Farmers Insurance Agent and did this to monitor the process for my client's as well having my own system.
