The technicial was pleasent and kept me advised as to each step and detail. Very professionsal in work and customer attention.

I could only afford half the job to be done. The cost was almost $500.00 for a new pipe and clear drain. Plumber worked 15 minutes, left me with a clogged drain , changed me $230.00 and left! This is not a low cost plumber that I asked for! I won’t use this company again

Great Plumbing Company! Josh knew what he was doing and was honest. The best we have ever dealt with. What a welcome change from previous plumbers. Scheduled the appointment quickly, showed up on time, fixed one issue very quickly with very little cost (after a previous company tried to charge our warranty company and also charge us additional charges for "uncovered modifications" for a total of about $1000!). I thought I had a pipe burst, come to find out that was not the case. Pure pro came less than an hour and a half after the call. The plumber was very professional, explained everything. Fix the problem. I would definitely use this company again and I have saved their phone number just in case.

Mediocre service call from my home warranty insurance. Contractor arrived in a small white mini van with no insignia, name or id on the truck. During his investigation, he sat on a toilet cover and broke the spacers. Did not acknowledge or replace it. Diagnosed the issue, said he has to get his tool box and be back. 15 minutes later he came back with no tool box and dated that insurance will not cover the service, offered to do it as a private contract.

Another company, dispatched my my insource fixed the problem in a flow up call that took 15 minutes.

Patrick replaced in wall corroded copper pipes & stuck valves that supply water to clothes washing machine. Same day service. Courteous, professional work at a fair price!

Reached out to these guys at 9:30 am, and they had me scheduled by 10:00. The window was from 10-12, and Manuel showed up right at the start of that window. He reviewed, gave us a couple repair options for our leaky toilet (a cheaper temporary fix, or a more costly permanent fix), and we went with the permanent fix. He left to grab supplies and was back quickly, and finished the job by noon. These guys know what they’re doing!

We had a problem with our whirlpool bathtub.The technician, Joshua, was prompt, polite and extremely helpful. He explained the issue, including how to keep it from happening again.

I called Pure Pro Plumbing again to fix my second leaky shower as they had done such a good time the first time around. Nick was amazing and came out on short notice to fix my leaky shower. He assessed the problem and had to get the necessary part as it was not a standard part, and came back to fix it. He was prompt, professional, and fixed the problem and I could not have been happier with his level of service. Thank you Nick and Pure Pro Plumbing!

Had to come out 3 or 4 times. First time needed a longer snake. 2nd time still needed it but didn't bring it. Third time said it was grease and couldn't fix it without a super expensive colon blow 3000 treatment. Called another company and they used a 50ft snake (surprise surprise) to pull out a hairball that was causing the clog. So turns out they have nothing but broken tools, unable to diagnose issues, and only care about up selling. I wish I had 4 hands so I could give them 4 thumbs down.

I purchased a house that came with an electric dryer hookup and an electric range in the kitchen. I wanted to convert to natural gas so called some different plumbing companies for quotes on installing gas lines to these appliances. No gas lines existed at the time to these areas. Pure Pro sent Alan to assess the situation and I’m glad they did. Alan not only figured out a way to route the lines, a complex issue in that my range is on a island in a kitchen with vaulted ceiling and no crawl space access above, but he quizzed me on future possibilities such as running gas to my fireplace or back yard. I realized then that I probably would do things like that in the future so Alan incorporated these Ts in the plan, saving me big bucks in future expansion costs, which I’ll have Alan do if he’s still there. I’m totally satisfied with PPP and recommend them!

Quite possibly the fastest turnaround on a new water heater humanly possible. Even did some extra work to bring our old set up to code. Went from diagnosing the problem to install of new heater and fixes complete in 24 hrs.
