I had used the service of Water Heaters Only twice in the past. This time, my 17 years old heater leaked. I called Water Heaters Only again to replace it. Francisco M. came and completed the replacement efficiently. He was quite knowledgeable, polite and patient. He explained in details about the parts he installed. I like the new neat look of the whole system. It was a very pleasant experience. Thank you.

I woke up to a flooded garage thinking today was going to be a long day. I got on the phone and was helped right away. I was scheduled between 12-4 and they were able to come sooner. Justin and Damien were very helpful, kind and professional. They were fast and efficient. They took care of EVERYTHING even disposing the old heater! I highly recommend their service.

Huge thanks Thomas and Justin for fixing my water heater where previous plumber from other company just proposed to replace it. It saved me money and time. They gave me several options how to fix/replace it and the estimate and diagnostic were totally free for me.Highly recommend for everyone with water heater issues.

Great experience. Called to see when someone could come out and give us an estimate. Thomas was here in just a couple of hours. He called first then showed up. He was very pleasant and we discussed options. I decided on a model and he was able to go get it and install it. He did a great job. I have always had a good experience with Water Heaters only, INC.

Justin G did a fabulous job installing our new water heater. We received texts informing us of when he would arrive. He did a professional job of diagnosing the problem with our old, leaky water heater. He clearly explained what he was going to do, and then methodically and expertly performed the installation steps - including improved placement of the new expansion tank, new copper piping and shutoff valves. Upon completion of the installation, he cleaned up the area thoroughly, and explained very clearly how to drain the tank annually, how to adjust water temperature, and how to find important information that he had attached to the water heater. A very polite and professional technician!!

Our 2008 water heater began to degrade over the last day with a leak then finally no hot water after 2 days. On Friday at 12pm we called Water Heaters Only and Sean was able to slot us in for the next morning. We were told 9am-12pm for Saturday morning and was given a quote based on location and type of the current water heater.
Saturday morning at 9:15am I received a text that a technician had been dispatched to my house and 1 minute later received a call from Jim that he and Justin would be arriving within 30 minutes. They arrived with masks on and walked me through the work they would do based on assessment of the replacement work. The total they calculated was within the quoted price and did not change once their work was done. They were very professional and patient with my questions and did a great job communicating and cleaning up after their work was complete. In total they able to complete the replacement of the water heater in less than 3 hours (including the assessment and payment of services).

Amazing company. I wish everything were this easy. They installed our water heater 13 years ago and when it was time for a new one, there was only one company we were going to call. I called on a Sunday morning at 8am and they were at our house at 9:15am. Francisco is top notch. He’s pleasant and explained everything to me. It’s not a small job so he was there for several hours. I cannot say enough good things. They use great water heaters, the price is incredibly reasonable and their techs are extremely qualified and friendly.

Thomas B. came out to give me an estimate on replacing an old water heater with a tankless system. my situation was a bit unique in that we had an old solar assist system which effectively looks like two 75 gallon water heaters sitting next to each other. other companies came out and used that as an excuse to give me quotes that were exceedingly more expensive than Water Heaters Only. Thomas is a generational plumber and truly has a passion for customer service that is far too rare these days. he spent extra time ensuring the install was aesthetically pleasing as well, which to me is a sign of someone that takes great pride in their work. communication from the top was seamless and scheduling was a breeze. came on time, did a fantastic install and left my garage cleaner than when he started. as someone that has had a lot of work done in and around my home, Thomas and Water Heaters Only stand at the top for honesty, technical ability and customer satisfaction. they should be your first call.

Francisco was fantastic! Professional! Explained everything thoroughly before starting. Clean, attention to detail…friendly….low pressure….best $2700 I ever spent! 😜 saved my holiday weekend with guests coming. Always appreciate customer service like that! He represented you guys at the highest level!

Water Heaters Only, Inc. is awesome! On Sunday, we noticed that our 15-year-old water heater was leaking, and the overflow was draining outside. I called their office on Sunday afternoon, and Francisco Martinez came out later that day. He provided us with a comprehensive assessment of the work required and addressed all our questions. The price quoted was very fair for the work required. Francisco returned the next morning with our new unit and all the new pipes, fittings, and ducting needed to install the unit and update the hookups to current codes. Francisco's attention to detail and work ethic were excellent. He accomplished all on Monday morning, and we had our new water heater up and running by noon! Francisco walked me through the full operation of our new unit...and left the area clean and neat. Thanks to Water Heaters Only, we avoided a huge expense if the water had flooded into our crawl space! We couldn't be happier with Water Heaters Only...and their excellent technician, Francisco Martinez. Highly recommended!

Organizing my garage and found my Water Heater is badly Rusting, so I called Water Heater Only and responded so quickly. In fact, I called their office around 1:30pm and and told me that’s they have an opening at 2 to 4 pm.

Around 2:10pm Clayton Young, a Service technician called and confirmed that he’ll be at my place approximately 45 minutes. Clayton Young was on time and discussed explicit details what he will be doing and correct some of the plumbing problem from my old water heater. Clayton came out and replaced our 24 year old gas water heater. He arrived on time, was friendly and polite. He explained what he was doing and was happy to answer questions. He worked really fast and was finished in about 90 minutes. He has a great work ethic and does great quality work.

They installed my original water heater and after 8 years it failed, and they had a tech at my house withing 4 hours and they replaced it under warranty, very reliable, communication was excellent and the tech was knowledgeable, kind and cleaned everything up very well!

The response time over a weekend was fantastic. My tenants did not go without hot water, so thank you! The tenant reported the technician did a great job and fixed the water heater problem. I am very satisfied with the service provided.

Justin was amazing! I loved Water Heaters Only when I used them back in 2019! And when I called them because there was water around the base of my water heater and dripping out the overflow...I was NOT DISAPPOINTED! The BEST service. Good Friday and they came out the same day!
