After shopping multiple plumbers to replace my water heater and pressure regulator I came across smart plumbing. I can't believe how thorough and honest they are with the pricing and the process.i love that we communicated via text message which was wonderful because I can refer back to our conversations if I missed anything. I didn't know a permit was required in my city to get a water heater installed and they gave me the option of getting the permit process done myself or have them do it. I had them do it as they were completely upfront with all pricing from the beginning . I love my new water heater and I wouldn't waste your time shopping around getting the run-around from other plumbing companies that just waste your time with over inflated prices . Absolutely over joyed with these guys! My main drain was clogged with tree roots. I did not want to remove the tree. I had a quote from another reputable plumbing company for 9000 to 25000$
They came up with a different solution which cost 1400$, so grateful

Great job and so glad I found a local plumbing company! Had a leaky water line to my washing machine, was unable to fix myself. Quick call, estimate over the phone, Jason showed up that afternoon on time, reviewed the situation and made the repair. Quick, easy, no hard sells afterwards either. Totally recommend.

Can’t say enough good things about Nathan and his brothers. They came out for an emergency leak in my home and were able to find / stop the leak, AND reroute the pipe all in one afternoon. Very grateful for Nathan’s expertise about the process as a whole (invaluable for someone who hasn’t experienced a large leak before) and his overall professionalism. Caleb came out for an emergency repair. He was personable, reliable, and knowledgeable. He clearly explained the diagnosis and outlined the costs of the work to be done ahead of time. I will use Willis Brothers in the future (although hopefully I won't need to very much).

Called Nate with an emergency during a kitchen floor installation. Showed up 15 mins later; within another half hr everything was complete.

Stress free is not usually how you'd describe plumbing emergencies - but this was seriously an amazing experience.

Don't do any plumbing work until you call the Willis Brothers. They were the best I could hope for. Prompt and on time, fair price, kept our house clean and protected during the rerouting of our leaking pipes from under the slab, and totally professional. Can't recommend them more highly.

I had a slab leak in my kitchen that needed urgent attention. After a disappointing experience with another plumbing company that gave me a pricey quote and a bad feeling, I searched for plumbers with great online reviews late Thursday night. Willis Brothers Plumbing responded almost immediately and were able to schedule a visit first thing the next morning.

Their plumber, Nathan, arrived promptly and was incredibly professional and courteous. He took the time to carefully inspect the leak, clearly explaining the issue and outlining the necessary repairs. He answered all my questions patiently and gave me a few different options without any pressure. While their quote was competitive, it was their honesty and transparency that truly impressed me. I never felt like they were trying to take advantage of the situation or upsell me on unnecessary services.

I ended up going with yet another company that could start the work sooner. However, I was so impressed with Willis Brothers Plumbing that I felt compelled to share my experience. They were a breath of fresh air in a stressful situation, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing a reliable and trustworthy plumber.
