We live in Encinitas. My husband John Walker contacted your company when we had problems about 2 weeks ago. Today, we had our old water heater diagnosed by Damien. He explained everything very clearly and we determined that the old Rheem unit was getting too old and would cost too much to try to repair. He arrived with the exact American Standard heater that we needed and got right to work. Damien is a very highly skilled craftsman and has high standards. Our new heater works perfectly and Damien was professional; polite and pleasant to deal with for the entire visit. He must be highly valued by your company.

Had a great experience with this company from start to finish. They installed my new water heater and everything went smoothly. The technician was a total pro on time, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The work was done efficiently and left clean, which I really appreciated. Justin was punctual, clearly explained the scope of work , he was simply fantastic (oh boy, he was very knowledgeable, impressed me from the first minute he came to give me estimate). No surprises as far as price of the heater and installation. The process of exchange of leaking tank heater to a tankless one was done very quickly and very neatly. I can't believe Justin did it all by himself. I got the estimate on Wednesday and the installation was completed on Friday!! I am a very happy customer.

Damien came out quickly to replace our leaking water heater. He was very easy going and knowledgeable and got the job done efficiently. Water Heaters Only was great - our problem showed up on a Sunday and they arrived within 2 hours and didn't charge any extra surcharge for it being the weekend. Glad we found them!

This is our third encounter with water heater replacement working with Water Heaters Only. They have always been good to work with but this time they were great! Great because the installer Thomas was fantastic. It is important to me when making a big item repair that I have a technician that clearly explains all my options and it helps me make an informed decision. Thomas was not only friendly and very knowledgeable about all things water heater; he answered all my questions and helped me make the best decision for our home with regards to our water heater replacement. He was even able to run the new water drain pipe off the tank pan outside my garage so no more flooding the garage floor in the future. From the initial repair request to the completion of the on-site installation, the entire process was very fast, smooth, and well organized. I must give special thanks to the technician, Justin—he was excellent!

First of all, he was punctual. Secondly, he was highly professional. After his inspection, he clearly explained the issue to me and provided the best solution, outlining each charge item in a transparent and detailed way. Once the plan was confirmed, he focused on the work independently. I was able to go about my own business without any disturbance at all.

Justin’s service attitude also deserves high praise. He patiently answered all my questions, thoroughly explained how to use the equipment after the installation, and left the work area clean and tidy. I am extremely satisfied!

Im very happy with my new Bradford White water heater. My last one lasted 20 years. Amazing. Thomas B. who installed the water heater was excellent! Very thorough in his work, very clean, very knowledgeable, very experienced. He made sure everything was working, and very good about explaining things and answering my questions. I wish all plumbers were as good as he!!

Water heaters only was able to come to our house in the next 24hours. Thomas was our plumber and he is extremely knowledgeable and takes pride in his work. He explained our options to replace our old water heater and we went with the tankless option, we appreciate that they provide reliable brands and quality work.
