John Burns is an excellent and experienced plumber with a very pleasant easy going attitude. I particularly enjoyed listening to his very complete and relevant answers to all my questions. His work was very professional.

Our tank water heater died and Water Heaters Only came to the rescue immediately. We ended up needing a new water heater and they were able to install same day. GREAT PRICE. Our service technician, John, a former Navy guy was OUTSTANDING!

They were quick to respond and get out to the property to address a gas leak, after diagnosis they recommended a water heater replacement due to it's 14 years in age. we went forward and it was done quickly and efficiently. we are happy with the results and would do it again!

Justin was our tech and he was very experienced, patient, and friendly. He explained everything in detail and did a great job with the water heater replacement. All the work only took about 2 hours and he had everything ready to go in his truck. I would definitely recommend Justin if you are having water heater issues.

Our water heater started leaking, we called them @ 4:00 pm, they were able to come out the next morning and install a new one. Francisco did a great job! Fast, friendly, efficient and best of all he took the time to clean up after! I highly recommend this company

My 17 yo Noritz tankless water heater stopped working. Justin the Tech came to diagnose it and showed me the fault codes and parts needed to fix on the Noritz website which would take a few days to get. He said he could replace the whole water faster and almost for close to the same price as the repair in the same day. He left to get the new tankless and some parts and came back to complete the replacement. He was very knowledgable dealing with this complete installation.

Fernando, the estimator and installer was very professional and friendly. It is obvious he takes great pride in his work. Everyone I spoke to was very professional and helpful. Pricing was much better and included much more than any other estimates I received.

Damien installed our new water heater yesterday. His service was great. He actually attempted fix our leaking water without doing a replacement - but when that didn't resolve the problem he installed a new water heater. He was very professional and informed us along the way of what he was doing to update our hot water system. Very satisfied with the job that he did!

Damien was amazing! We had a decrepit water heater from an old solar installation, in addition to our broken down normal water heater, and he took both out, installed a new heater, simplified all the related plumbing, all with courtesy, speed, and professionalism! Thank you Damien!

I am very happy with the service! The entire process was very smooth and easy. I had an emergency leak Saturday morning. They answered the phone right away and sent someone within hours! The price was fair and I was able to sign the estimate in my own time without pressure. Once I signed it, someone reached out to me for scheduling. The entire team is very efficient! The schedulers and dispatch responded promptly, kept me updated, and answered all my questions. The technician, Justin G, was the best! He was very friendly and professional. Definitely knows his stuff! He walked me through all the work he was doing before and after, which made me feel at ease. Plus no mess left behind and the pipe work looks clean. Great work! Justin came out on a Saturday morning after I woke up to a leaking water heater in the garage. Justin was prompt, friendly, and patient while he removed my existing water heater and I assessed potential damage to the drywalled pedestal. The installation was clean and by early afternoon our home had hot water again.

Additionally, in the months leading up to the replacement, Paul (who scheduled my appointment) was also instrumental in providing guidance on how to reignite my pilot after a series of controller failures. Free, friendly advice was much appreciated, and a key driver behind why I chose to work with Water Heaters Only.

My only point of feedback is in regards to the quoting / estimate process. I was not able to get a breakdown for the parts vs labor (only offered "bundle" pricing) and the price I paid was on the higher end of quotes I had received in the months leading up to the replacement - especially for the American Standard unit I received. However, given the prior help I had received, Saturday call, and quick service, I decided to move forward anyway and am happy the job is done.

Alex took care of me this morning and had a technician out within two hours. Francisco, the technician showed up, was on time and explained the process and did very very very clean work. He was done within three hours and we have hot water again and a warranty and we’ll use them for maintenance moving forward.

Justin did a great job diagnosing the issue with our tankless water heater. Took care of the leak from the pipe and all good. 30 days warranty too but after a bit over a week, finally was able to leave a review. Prompt knowledgeable service and fair pricing.

I had a great experience with Water Heaters Only and their technician Damien. Called them on Monday morning and he was here in less than two hours replacing our water heater. He walked me through the whole process and was cool to work with. Would definitely recommend Damien and the company

All around great installation of new water heater. Technician was very professional. Explained everything that was needed. Completed new 50 gallon water heater installation same day. I would recommend Water Heaters only as one of the first you should call for water heater & other plumbing needs. These guys are good!

We had an emergent water heater replacement. Thomas Boscacci came to our home to asses. He was the most professional technician I’ve had to work on our home on over 25 years. Besides being as personable as he was professional, he thoughtfully laid out all my options, including some that would have sent me elsewhere do repairs. Once I chose to let him do the work he was finished in 3 hours, complete water heater swap including meticulous cleanup of work areas. He truly left our house cleaner and in better shape than when he arrived.

Thomas B. was amazing. He came, did his work quickly while taking the time to explain and help me understand what was happening. The company is also fantastic. My water heater broke while I was out of town and I was able to schedule it for the Monday I returned. Communication was excellent and they were extremely responsive. I really wish they provided other plumbing services, I would definitely use them
