I broke a copper line leading to a hose valve on the side of my house. It was a Saturday, mid afternoon. Caleb called almost immediately. He was there within an hour. He was friendly, professional, did a great job at a great price. I've had a lot of experiences with marginal plumbing companies. I'm happy to recommend them to friends and fmaily. Will defiinitely use Willis Bros again!

I was present during the inspection, and he took the time to answer all of my questions. Jason provided a detailed written report the same day, complete with repair quotes and cost estimates, which was extremely helpful for us during escrow. He also worked with us on a tight contingency timeline, and I truly appreciate the fast and professional service!

I moved out of my house the day before it closed to new buyers. My washer hookup was broken by the movers. These guys came within a few hours of me calling to fix my hookup and they were done extremely fast. Payment was reasonable and easy with Apple Pay! Highly recommend using Willis Brothers Plumbing and Restoration. Caleb was fast and smart, knocked out a pretty heavy clog in 30 minutes, left looking and working better than ever. They are now in the contact list as my plumber.

We are in the process of doing some mold remediation on a new home and the project manager discovered a leak in the kitchen flow valve. Unfortunately we were out of town but could see from the photos that the valves were corroded, and one was indeed leaking. I made several calls but when I spoke with Nathan at Willis Brothers on the phone, he was able to get me on the schedule the next day. The work was performed quickly and at a reasonable price. I'm so glad my real estate agent referred me to them! I had a shower that two other plumbers were not able to fix and Willis Brothers came in a took care of it. Months later I called them about a leak and they were honest and answered all my questions patiently. I really appreciate how responsive and helpful they are. As always, the Willis Bros are reliable, knowledgeable, and do great work. We had a problem with our 25+ year old water heater: they explained the issue over the phone, provided different options for me, and were to my house and replacing it less than 24 hours later. These guys are the only company we call when we have plumbing issues because they are simply the best.

Nathan and Caleb (owner-employees) came out to fix our disconnected main waterline. When I called and talked to Nathan about the leak, he was upfront about hiring a leak detection specialist to identify the problem so they can come out to fix the plumbing. When they came out, they gave me a fixed price to fix the issue. No overtime charges even though they had to repipe multiple times to fix the issue. Their pricing isn't the cheapest but they are reasonable. They are very friendly, and I love to support the local small business. Highly recommended!
