They were here at our condo complex in Oceanside working on a gas leak and did an outstanding job. Their technician onsite was friendly, efficient, very knowlegeable. I reccomend them highly, they finished on time and stayed onsite to make sure everyone was up and running.

I called asking for a skilled plumber to fix a pin hole leak in a crawl space copper pipe. I got a "technician" that went straight to selling a PEX repipe and water conditioner solution using mold and health pressure tactics.

After 4 or 5 hours a skilled plumber came out and fixed the leak with a sharkbite fitting, which was to be included in the repipe scope of work.

Thankfully, I was able to do research, find a skilled plumber, and get my plumbing problem resolved elsewhere.

When billed, I explained to the operations manager, Antonio, my asking for a skilled plumber and was never offered a service charge, one-hour minimum, spot repair, and then discuss long term solutions. He said, "we do not do those kind of jobs" and offered a small discount on the bill.

I paid them and am done with Pacific Drain Arrow Pipe line plumbing and their parent company Goettl. You should do the same.

Because I manage a lot of real estate inventory and I often need help with troubleshooting plumbing problems, I had heard about the strong reputation of Arrow Pipeline Repair and, when a serious problem came up, I decided to give them a chance. At a San Marcos rental property, there was a serious drainage problem with a tree that was overgrowing and destroying the main lines of the house.

I called Kevin who sent a technician. They knew exactly what to do and made the tenants feel at ease. I was blown away by their ethics and all the technology that they used to fix the problem (cameras, super modern machinery and tools, etc). The problem was fixed after one hour and the price they invoiced was definitely more than fair.

I am truly happy that I found their team and I keep using them for my property management business.

Rip Offs!
This company, now bought by Goettl are completely dishonest and taking advantage of people in a bind. We had a small leak to our house pressure regulator and they originally quoted $1070. I said over the phone since we are out of state, that the price was way too high. The tech said that he'd talk to his supervisor and he came back with a price of $800. This was still too high, but again we're out of state and I wanted it done. The tech reported that he'd call back in a couple hours when the work was complete. >>> This is a matter of loosening some union joints and putting in a new regulator and therefore shouldn't take longer than 30 minutes. In less than an hour, the tech called back and said that he was done and ready for payment. He promptly said "Okay your total is $1270"! I said you quoted me $800 and he said no, that the original price was $1470. Objecting to the ridiculous charge and intending to call management, I reluctantly paid it. Within two weeks, I had another home in Vista that needed the same repair. I called another licensed plumber and they charged me $440 for everything including a new regulator! When I called and spoke with Ryan, the service manager, he explained that with Goettl, they now get 401k's, their crew offers a "Premium" service (how?) and they all wear uniforms! I told Ryan the prices were outrageous and he said... Inflation! Really! So I'm ripped off by over $800 so they can now have a 401k! The price btw for the regulators are between $149 & $249. Add one hour of work and we should be paying about $440! Arrow and Pacific Drain are now owned by Goettl and dishonest and ripping people off. I hope that you will read this and not support these types of business practices! Do yourself a favor and get multiple quotes and get it all in writing, none of which Arrow/Pacific Drain/Goettl provided.

Brandon and Sergio at Arrow Pipeline Repair were killer. They epoxy-lined the sewer main at the home my wife and I just purchased. Super friendly and helpful, and the cost of the service, which extends the life of the pipe another 50 years, is totally affordable. Highly recommended!

We needed the main water line coming into our home repaired. I had contacted another company and never really got a response. I contacted Water Wise and they came out, gave me an estimate, ordered parts, and did the repair in less than a couple of weeks start to finish. The only reason it took that long was just waiting for the part required to arrive. I'm very happy with the work and the efficient professional process. I would contact them again in the future for any similar work I needed. Great job by Water Wise.
