Desiree was very patient and helpful. I am fortunate that a friend recommended this company. I had to reschedule twice because the part was delayed from the manufacturer.

My insurance company demanded I install a water shut off device or they would cancel my insurance. They only gave my three months to research products and complete the installation.

When the part finally arrived, Desiree scheduled me for the following day. Fred showed up and did the installation the same day.

Come to find out, the part I ordered was the wrong size and I also needed a new shutoff valve because my original one no longer worked. Fred immediately went to their supplier to get the correct size parts. He returned in 15 minutes and completed the job within the hour. So fast, knowledgeable and professional.

I am so blessed to finally find a plumber that does not overcharge women and actually does work correctly the first time.
