I called Hanna Plumbing due to a pipe leak. They arrived the next day and plugged it. The repair involved draining the hot water tank, and the technician mentioned he took steps to protect the circulation pump. However, our circulation pump stopped working next day.

I strongly believe the pump was damaged during the repair work. I am frustrated that Hanna solved one problem but created another.

I've reached out three (3) times to resolve this professionally, but I haven't received any offer of a solution or even an apology. This is a very poor showing....take responsibly for work and client satisfaction

On July 16th Hanna was at my neighbors house in our Senior mobile home park doing repairs, and thought I should call and have them come out and give me an estimate for some work.
I called and set a time for Thursday the 17th since the supervisor was coming to check my neighbors house.
He came out and looked at our issue and said the office will contact me regarding an estimate. Well here we are on Aug 17th and still no contact. I'm sure they do good work but I will never get to experience their good work. If you didn't want to do the job then just tell me it's something you don't or don't want to do, and I would have been cool with the honesty. Not here to bash but there was absolutely no post communication so we went to a different plumbing company and got the work done.
