Great service all around. On Christmas Eve they took our call and fixed a leak within a span of 2.5 hours. Amazing!!!

Main water line from the street to the house sprung a leak. Quickly dug up, located, repaired, and pressurized the line and was good as new. Solid work and value.

Edgar was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. He fixed the problem and Hanna Plumbing charged me half of what another company quoted me. Thank you, Edgar!

Horrible, really horrible customer service and technicians.
They rescheduled last minute three times with us, Today they finally came an hour earlier than the receptionist said they would (8am) we weren't prepared.
They installed three new faucets that we bought and they put all of them on crookedly and one of them leaks now under the sink, (never did before). There is also standing water outside of the sink on the floor. I called and they said they'd call back...didn't. Called again another call back promise...didn't.
I called again and got through to the plumber said they'll TRY to come by today to look at it...avoid these overpriced plumbers. For less than an hour of shoddy work, we were charged over $500 and I supplied the faucets.

We've used Hanna Plumbing on all our rental properties in the past but due to deteriorating relation with them we have moved onto do business with another company. The young receptionist lady on the dispatch was extremely rude and unprofessional, made fun of my mom's accent when she was just trying to call and make an appointment for me. Extremely inpatient and entitled, she'll just hang up on customers. Over the years they made big money from us servicing many of our properties, but unfortunately no more. In addition, they intentionally delay their estimate writeups to put you in last minute dire situations so you are desperate to quickly agree and move forward with their proposal. Steer absolutely clear from this company, horrible experience. Surprised they are still in business...

Segundo was amazing! He was respectful of my home, wore shoe covers, and took the time to explain what was causing my kitchen sink to back up. He didn’t try to upsell me on anything, just honest, quality work.

They are on time, experienced, clean up after themselves, most have worked for this business for a long time, and they are scheduled in a way in which they can finish the job(s) you called them for. They have excellent schedulers and customer service as well.
