Kyle from Burtech plumbing came out to work on a washing machine hose connection. He was quick and thorough, and pleasant to talk with. He is an excellent technician.

I wish I could give Burtech Plumbing 6 stars! They responded to my yelp sewer-backup request within minutes and had a technician out to my place within 2 hours. Nico was very professional and thorough and did a great job. He was very communicative and knowledgeable. Nico also spent some time evaluating a slow-draining sink which was also helpful.

This was a flawless experience with Burtech Plumbing and I will definitely call them again with any plumbing issue in the future.

ALSO - really looking forward to checking out their wine-tasting from their family vineyard!!

Called to have a wet spot on our ceiling looked at, and Kyle was at our door within the hour of my call. He methodically diagnosed the problem and zeroed in on the solution in less than 20 minutes, all the while explaining to me his process to narrow down the possibilities. He had the wax ring in our bathroom toilet to address the problem. Moreover, everything was tidy when he was done. Lastly, everyone (Vivian who took my call and Kyle who came out) was super courteous and easy to work with. Highly recommend!

Juan Correa from Burtech is a top notch professional. He responded to my request for service within 60 minutes, and quickly handled two plumbing issues.

Quick response time, Josh showed up 90 minutes after being calling. Replaced a leaking/broken hose bib to get the house water main turned back on. Had problem fixed in 2 hours from first contact to job finished.

Two thumbs up. They fixed the clog and explained everything they were doing. Kyle found out another coworker was in the area with a camera and even got our clean out scoped out for free while he fixed the clog. Can’t recommend these guys enough. We’ve had another companies plumbers out and they gave us the runaround and weren’t half as dialed as these guys. Hopefully won’t need to call them but for anything that comes up they’re the go to!

Replaced a fully clogged pipe the first visit and the it was a quick fix (diff issue) the second visit because of the great work the first time.

Our hot water heater, just six years old, appeared to go out on Tuesday. I called Burtech Plumbing on the advice of a good neighbor. in a very apologetic voice the administrator said she would not be able to get anyone out until Wednesday between 2 and 4 PM. I was thrilled with such a speedy appointment. Nothing worse than a cold shower. The technician, Josh, performed a number of tests on the hot water heater and determined it was not the problem. In under two hours of very hard work, he determined that the water coming in under too much pressure. Josh returned (early!) On Thursday and in under two hours Josh installed a pressure regulator. Josh explained everything that he did both days in terms I could understand. He showed me pictures. He worked professionally, quickly and left his work areas neat and clean. He also told me that Burtech operates a winery in Vista! There is a tasting room, food including pizza and special events are held on the property, too! I cannot recommend Burtech Plumbing vineyard highly enough. Added Burrtec to my contact list and will offer a referral to friends when they ask if I know a good plumber.

Jaime arrived on time and was very friendly and professional. He installed a new manual shutoff valve, pressure regulator and Moen flo monitor with automatic shut off. I always do multiple bids on these types of house projects and Burtech Plumbing consistently wins the bid. I highly recommend their services. They are real pros.
