I am thrilled with their service. They were out within an hour of my call, fixed my issue and even addressed an added item replacing the toilet wax ring and caulking in less than 30 minutes. Rate was incredibly reasonable and the service and professionalism were second to none. Honestly ecstatic to find a local plumber that isn't owned by Private Equity and trying to upsell memberships. Just honest, fast, and well priced. As a contractor, I know you can pick two when it comes to service: Fast, Good, Reasonably priced. I'm feeling like I got all three with Hanna Plumbing

Hanna saves the day again. We have used Hanna on multiple occasions at our home and commercial building for various improvements and repairs. This time it was a leak at the underground water line on the exterior of our building. They are always professional, prompt, and have pricing that is fair. Their invoices are also easy to read and make sense. Thank you Hanna Plumbing!

Our water heater went out and Hanna came the same day we called and tried to repair existing tankless water heater but parts were discontinued and came back the very next day with a new unit and got it completely installed. It was quite a job and they worked hard for almost 6hrs getting it just right and texting all sink and shower faucets to be sure all was in working order! We appreciate the honesty and hard work!

Our experience was excellent. My husband called and within a few hours a technician (Luis H) was at our home and evaluating the water heater. I found the old paperwork from 2014 (Hanna installed that one too). Luis was patient in explaining everything he was doing, and what our options were. He called to get price and time estimates for parts only repairs. We ended up going with a complete replacement of the water heater since parts only would have been about $500 and no warranty on an already old water heater. As soon as we decided to replace Luis got right to work. He estimated 3 hours to complete the installation and was accurate almost to the minute. He communicated with us throughout the process and always patiently answered any questions we had. Luis brought our old system up to current code, so now our water heater is properly drained, has a tray, new valves, additional earthquake strapping and a thermal expansion tank. He did exceptional work and we feel 100% confident the new water heater is safely installed and will function for years to come.
The only thing we are uncertain about is the total cost. This is why I rated this review 4-stars instead of 5-stars. It was $2495 for everything (in 2014 the total was $825). We checked the Lowes website and a comparable water heater was about $700, but there was no way to compare installation costs. Since we were without hot water, we went with Hanna and the tech Luis that was already at our house. I just wonder if we got over-charged. Hanna does not offer much of a Military or Senior discount either ($20, and he forgot to deduct the discount at the end).
Still, we are satisfied. It was an urgent situation and they responded quickly, did a beautiful and correct installation job, and Luis was patient, professional and competent.

Seth, the plumber from HANNA Plumbing did a great repair job on our water heater today. We called last night on the emergency line and Ryan determined the problem over the phone, helped us shut the hot water off while allowing us to use the cold water. Seth came promptly today, fixed the problem in a timely manner, replaced the parts, cleaned the area up and we now have hot water again.
We use HANNA for all our plumbing needs and our neighbors use them as well. The price included parts and Seth’s excellent work and was very reasonable. I recommend HANNA.

We had an issue with an upstairs bathroom. Edgar S was our tech and the first time he came out, it of course worked just fine for him! But he left the ticket open so that if the problem returned, it would all be under one service ticket. A couole of weeks later, he came back out and we decided to replace the offending toilet. Prices were reasonable and Edgar recommended the toilet that would fit both the space and our needs.
Great, friendly service. Highly Recommend!

My sewer line connection to the city clay pipe was dislodged. This was discovered by another company when I had the sewer line cleared and they ran a camera down the sewer line. The repair required removing pavers and digging up a portion of my driveway to reach the sewer line 4+ feet down. The other company gave me a repair bid that was high in my opinion. I had Hanna plumbing come out for another bid. They ran a camera and gave a bid that was less than half of the other company. Hanna plumbing came out, removed the pavers with care (neither company does the replacement), cut out and repaired the line. They were able to do the complete repair timely, efficiently and at a reasonable price. I have used Hanna plumbing for the last couple of years now. They give excellent service and are very reasonable in their charges. I highly recommend Hanna Plumbing. Lastly, for anyone looking at costly plumbing repairs, get at least 2 bids. The difference between my two bids was over $4k!

We have used Hanna Plumbing for over fifteen years. We will never go anywhere else. They have proven their trustworthiness over and over again. Years ago, we had a problem with our water heater, and another plumber told us we needed to replace the whole thing for thousands of dollars. When we called Hanna out for a second opinion, they instead recommended a simple fix that was a fraction of the price. Ever since, we have only ever used Hanna Plumbing. If they tell us something needs to be replaced, we know we can trust them every time.

This time we were having a leak from our waste water pipes under our kitchen sink. Seth W. immediately saw what the problem was, explained it to us, and quickly fixed it. Then as he was getting ready to leave, he said that he wanted to check our water pressure to make sure it was as a good level. When it was high, he checked another hose spigot and had me run the sink at the same time. When the pressure dropped dramatically, he said it was time to replace the water regulator. He told us the cost so there would be no surprise, and then he told us he thought he could get it done within the hour, which he did. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. We have known of people whose water regulators have failed and led to very costly repairs, so we were grateful Seth took the time to check this. We are always confident that our plumbing is in good hands with Hanna.

We have been using Hanna Plumbing for over 15 years. All of their technicians are outstanding, they respond quickly and their prices are very reasonable. This morning we had Edgar over to clean out a very slow draining sink - after leaving them a message last night! He did an outstanding job as usual (he has been fixing our plumbing issues over many of those years) and even fixed a leak we hadn’t even noticed! Their whole team is awesome, including Susan who does the scheduling and Greg the owner. Highly recommended!

Joe came out as soon as the parts he needed were available and got the repair done quickly to my shower. He was also able to get my toilet to flush better while he was here. Very reasonable prices. Allen Wrench will definitely be the first call I make from here on out.

So thankful for monkey wrench plumbing! We just bought a 50yr old home with 50yr old plumbing and Joe couldn't have been a bigger blessing to us...the house it literally falling apart with random leaks all over the place. Communication was great and they were able to schedule arrival as soon as I needed. They even texted me ahead of time to be sure that the valve I needed the plumber to install was correct for the job, saving us both time and effort! Joe was honest and fair, fixing all the problems and giving suggestions on future possible problems. I appreciated this as I'd rather fix a “problem” before it's actually a problem. Never tried to up-sell and was honest. We're in the middle of a bathroom remodel and many problems have cropped up, joe was very helpful in his suggestions. I actually contacted two plumbers before finding joe, and his rates beat them all! I had been trying to do a lot of the work on my own and when I felt overwhelmed had asked for referrals from a plumbing supply warehouse and joe with Monkey Wrench came highly recommended. I have to agree! A great find for us! Definitely will be calling them up again as my old house will undoubtedly need more of his help!

Our bathtub faucet stopped working on a Saturday afternoon. I called Monkey Wrench and in about 1hr Joe was at our home with the parts needed to fix it. They also texted me when he was on his way. Nothing but an awesome experience with this team. I initially reached out through Yelp and had a response within the hour and an appointment the next morning (10 hours later). The team was prompt, courteous, and they were great technicians. The job was to replace a corroded shower valve and they were done in 2 hours. Nothing to complain about at all. In addition to the great folks was a great price on the bill. Above all I am glad I do not have to look anywhere else for my plumbing needs

Joe was AMAZING! He came out to find a leak in my slab and found it quickly with out charging me extra. He was able to efficiently finish the job in less time than estimated. He left my home cleaner than what he found it and was very meticulous with his work. His was fair and honest with his pricing, he beat five other quotes I received. I would highly recommend him to friends and family!
