We hired Ingenioius to do a patio "remodel" and their work was fantastic. Carlos and his crew cleared the area, poured new concrete, laid an electrical and water line for a fountain and built a gorgeous redwood pergola. They also installed an outdoor fan--which is tricky with a pergola! The whole team was so professional and friendly and made sure our yard was always tidy at the end of the day. They worked hard and quickly and worked around our sometimes difficult schedule. I am SO happy with the work and would definitely hire them again for any future projects. Highly recommend!

Ingenious Construction did an amazing master bathroom renovation. When we purchased our home in Lafayette last year, the master bathroom had not been updated since the 1970s. It had 2 awkward entrances, a water closet with a toilet and shower in the middle of the room, and 2 vanities in the corners.

The most important thing about Ingenious Construction is that we trust them to do things right. Given the layout and design issues with the existing bathroom, they did a gut renovation down to the studs. That allowed them to fix things we weren't even expecting like fixing a slight slope in the floors.

Carlos and his team are also clean and detail oriented. We lived in the house as they did the renovation and they were very careful about leaving the surrounding area as clean as possible.

Ingenious Construction cares about client service and change requests. When we didn't like the type of door trim that was selected, they went out and got a different type. When we wanted to turn an empty space in a built-in cabinet, they found a way to do it. We are thrilled with how everything turned out and look forward to working with Ingenious Construction again.

The quoting process for my driveway expansion project with Juan was simple and easy. The crew was able to come out the following day after I signed the contract. When digging down the dirt, it’s almost inevitable to break different pipes, the crew repaired all the pipes. They started on time and finished on time. I can’t wait until it’s dry enough to test driving cars on the new pavement.
