Rani and his crew did a great job painting and replacing the siding on the in-law unit in our backyard.  I felt like Rani went out of his way to ensure the entire process went smoothly from start to finish.  One side of our in-law unit is in our neighbor's backyard so we needed to coordinate with her when the work on that side of the unit could be done.  I think I was doing a horrible job of relating this information to our neighbor, but Rani stepped in and told me he'd take care of talking with her, which I really appreciated.  Sergio, the foreman, was on the job often to make sure things were going well.  The site was left clean and tidy when the job was complete.  We will without a doubt be using Crane Construction for our next home project.

Crane Construction did an amazing job with interior paint for my rental property in Berkeley. I had a duplex that I needed to be repainted for the upcoming tenet. They completed the task quickly and were super communicative. I appreciate also how they ensured we had some extra paint to the side in case we need touch ups in the coming years (some paints go out of stock). The owner was kind, patient, and gave a fair price. The founder of Crane Construction did some work for us rebuidling, waterproofing and tiling our entry stairs. He and the foreman Sergio did an awesome job in record time while minimizing the impact of the contruction on us (it's our only entry into the house). The stairs came out better than we expected. We can highly recommend them for any work you might have.

Have used them for two different jobs now. Most recently re-sided our office. Excellent work and moderate price. Adapted well to changing work scope. The supervisors visited the job site frequently to make sure work was going well.Cleaned up very well afterward.
