never hire these guys. they will cut up your home with no regard. it's on you to fix it. they ran wires over the air conditioning duct work in the attic. never strapped any wires down. left j boxes open with live wires in them. the owner is a complete tool. he will change the scope of work then deny it. charge you for work they never did and not complete the work they came to do.

They installed a new water heater for us, including electric line from the wall to the heater, (which other plumbers would not do) and also all plumbing. Overall a good experience and the work quality was good.

The entire process was painless with the text messages, emails, facetime, and online payments. They arrived on time and texted that they were on their way. The technician cleaned up after himself and was professional. The work was done quickly with no issues.

Idan was able to get a quick virtual estimate, got his best guys out here Kevin and Jimmy. They were able to get all of our cameras, outlets and everything else installed professionally and promptly. They will always be our go-to electricians!

I hire Electric Heros to help me to install a Level 2 EV charger at my garage mid January. Though I have sent them all the necessary information for applying the City Permit. It will include upgrading my main panel and installation of the charge. However, until now the City Permit has not been obtained. I have traced with them what’s going on and problem with the City. As I know the City office is not that busy and the Permit should have been obtained in a short period of time. Now it is almost 2 months and my project can’t be processed. Indeed it takes far too long for obtaining the Permit. They can’t answer my questions and don’t give me the update on the project even though they have committed to on last Wednesday.

I am very disappointed with the situation and how they treat their customers. I call today but with no answer. For sure I will call again.

I had nema 14-50 plug installed for a car charger, added a few new circuits and installed 2 ceiling fan boxes and switches. They showed up on time, worked quickly and cleaned up after themselves. And their pricing was reasonable. I would definitely recommend them if you are looking for electrical work.

Initially there were issues with light placement as the electrician did not use a laser to line things up, or a stud finder to avoid joists. However Electric Heroes remedied the situation by offering to patch the drywall and had a different electrician finish the job and correct the mistakes. We are happy with the end result and appreciate the steps they took to remedy the issues from the first attempt. We plan on using Electric Heroes for future electrical work. Thanks!

We were so lucky to get connected to Electric Heroes! The electricity stopped working in just my bedroom and nothing would fix it. I sent out a Yelp request and they got back to me right away. They worked with my busy schedule and helped keep my baby safe from COVID. And they figured out what was going on and fixed it quickly and skillfully. I was so grateful to find Electric Heroes!

I need some recess lighting and some minor electrical work done.Electrical heroes quoted a fair price compared to the others with similar yelp ratings. They were very e responsive and answered all my questions in a timely fashion. Kevin and Jimmy who actually did the work very professional and did an excellent job I will use them in the future projects for sure.

This company was the most communicative with me and seemed to be the most interested, so they got my business. They were very helpful. The installer arrived without a mask, which might bother other people, but I had no problem with that. He also asked to borrow a tool, which was slightly eyebrow raising, but again, not a problem. The installer installed three out of four lights and diagnosed an electrical switch problem. There was one sconce light that was deemed incompatible due to space requirements above the kitchen sink, but it appears he may have thought I wanted it installed pointed up instead of down, and there is a screw in the base that can alter the rotation that he failed to catch, I think. He did tell me that it's fairly easy for me to install this light type myself, so I will attempt it later. He did the major difficult stuff, including the big overhead kitchen light, and I was more than happy with the results.

Matan was awesome. Arrived when he said he'd be there, (and this was after normal business hours!) Did a complete assessment of my electrical panel, wiring, and even checked my dryer exhaust to eliminate that as the cause of my issue. He isolated the problem and I will definitely have them back to install the new ceiling fan I ordered. Highly recommend!

Our electric panel needed upgrading in order for us to finish our solar project. We chose electric heroes because of their outstanding credentials and experience, their promptness, and their ability to handle our uniquely difficult upgrade. We had A LOT of bumps in the road with PGE and Matan and Idan stuck with us each step of the way and ensured our panel upgrade was done correctly, safely, and passed inspection! I would absolutely use them again for any electrical issue in our home.

In order to get this project done we contacted a lot of electricians and were disappointed with all of them Except Electric Heroes. The others were not reliable, not professional, or just lazy because he didn’t seem to want to do the work. But Electric Heroes was responsive, thorough, transparent and communicated well. Loved working with them and will most likely work with all the other Hero entities bc of my great experience with Electric Heroes
