Came out and fixed a bad plug / circuit. Spent ten minutes on the phone before coming out to see if they could fix it without cost/visit. Ended up having to come out, was fast, reasonably priced, and fixed the first time/ visit. Would use again.

I called in the morning and they had someone available to come out within a half hour. The receptionist was kind and helpful. Very straight forward problem solvers and very reasonable prices. I will definitely use them in the future. I am a happy customer :)

Neena(A Lady) is the owner and she is so rude. She send one electrician to fix lights in my Bathroom. For changing a switch (5 mins work) she charged $100 for the switch and $200 for the labour. She started fighting on the phone. This actual switch cost was $5 and labour cost was only $20 to $50 maximum if you will call any handyman from some other company. These guys are doing cheating. Their all 5 star reviews are fake and they wrote all these reviews with their staff and friends. Don't ever trust them.

Moshe was quick and amazing when helping with my electrical needs. I observed his work and he was definitely a master of his craft. He was even willing to explain and teach me a few things along the way. Definitely recommend these guys.

Really, Really, bad communication (or lack thereof), they didn't honor my requests for more communication, they cost us more money in their delays, they have a dismissive blame everyone else attitude, and on the last day dealing with them O&O had an argument in my driveway with the permitting guy which was uncomfortable and embarrassing. Seems like the electrical work is holding up, however.

Edit after O&O response: I figured O&O would respond blaming me for the extra permit fees. What happened was it took months for O&O to get the permit, and to even communicate with me. First permit that was paid for and signed off by inspector was incomplete, so we needed to do it again with a corrected permit . Then we scheduled for the second eventually, but we got our COVID booster and told O&O that morning. The city should have been advised when O&O rescheduled for us, the customer. So we paid for two permits and a late fee for the one job to be permitted. One and Only did not handle this right, and I will not accept blame for the permit being improper the first time, and the poor communication to reschedule for the second (corrected) permit. We paid for 2 permits and a late fee. That is on O&O. The problem is made worse with the company blaming the customer, who constantly requested communication from O&O in writing. You'd call and not leave a message, not text or email me as I requested. So, while the work seems to be in good order, getting to that point was stressful and costly because of O&O.

I just got an electric car which added stress on my electrical outlets while trickle charging on a regular outlet. The previous electrician that worked on my house back 10 years ago linked one power outlet from the kitchen to all the outlets in my garage. As a result when I plugged in my EV car it popped the circuit breaker. I also had major problem in the kitchen where I couldn’t use more then two appliances at one time other wise the circuit breaker would pop. I called Mike on Friday he had two electricians come out next day and finish the job. I had one 240 volt 50amp car charger installed and two outlets 20 amp on its own circuit breaker installed in the garage. And one new outlet on its own circuit breaker installed in kitchen. All my electrical issues solved in one day. The only thing to remember is if they cut out drywall they don’t patch or fix that, they only work on electrical wirings/systems. I would definitely be using them for any of my electrical job in the future.

From the initial call to completion, this team was responsive respectful and details .They upour panel and ensured everything met code.

I called them to Fix my Master Bedroom light last week in San Ramon, CA. These Guys Omar and Mike are fraud and they bought the light from Home depot in under $100 and they charged $300 from me for the light cost. Initially they told me on the phone that light fixture installation charges will be around $50 to $100 but they charged $350 from my credit card without my permission for the installation of only 1 light and they did the job in less than 10 mins. They ROB $650 from my credit card total. All 5 star reviews posted here are 100 percent fake and posted in 1 month only by Omar and his wife Neena. They are not having any company or office in San Ramon and address is a house address of some one else. Don't trust them and call a handyman from Craig List and he will do the same Job Work in $20 to $50. Don't ever give them your any credit card or debit card. Beware of these FRAUD persons.

Mike and his team installed my recessed lighting and smart switches. They did a very good job. They worked efficiently and delivered with high quality. They were extremely clean and made sure my furniture was properly covered and cleaned up everything at the end of each day before they left. I highly recommend them.
