    Highly recommend the company.
Very professional. We did the service panel upgrade to 200amp. Electric Heroes had to relocate the panel and installed new ground for the house.
They pulled the permit and went through all of the hoops and loops. Finally passed the final inspection and close the job.
    👍 Thumbs up to them.

Electric Heroes did a great job installing my new light fixture and replacing the regular switch to a dimmer. I got quotes from 5 other electricians and they were the cheapest and did such high quality work. I would 100% use them again!

They are great to work with, and the quality of the work is good. My only complaint is that it is very very difficult to get a hold of them by phone especially if you want to change plans or have complex questions. Often I’d try calling with no response, then I’d have to resort to sending emails, then might not hear back, then sending Yelp messages. The receptionist is very nice and courteous, but seems like they are juggling many tasks. Would highly recommend for simple projects, and if complex with lots of moving parts I’d tamper my expectations and expect that the communication may be slow. Otherwise since we were in no hurry it didn’t bother us much and the work was great quality.

I called a ton of electricians for a project on a neighbor's property, I acted as coordinator/liaison. Heroes were one of the only contractors to actually come out for a quote. They were patient through some challenging communication with the owners of the property. They did a good job. I would recommend their services.

Matt and his team did a great job upgrading my main service to 200 amps. I have underground service and a very long run (70+ ft). I talked to 8 electricians who all said pulling new conductors was too risky and I would need to trench and install new conduit. Fortunately I found Electric Heroes. Matt came out and confirmed I had a 2in conduit and told me right then it would be no problem. He then worked with Alameda Municipal Power to make sure they had capacity to support the upgrade and was able to track down a 200 amp panel (they are sold out everywhere because of the supply chain issues). The process was very smooth. Thank you Matt and team!

Great company. We started with a virtual video to determine the estimate & scheduled someone to come out 3 days later. They electricians were very competent & friendly. I would definitely use them for all my future electrical jobs!

I needed electrical work done in my bathroom. Light switches were not working. I called the company on a Thursday and they came out on a Friday. Did the job quickly and effectively. The electrician broke down what he did and what the issue was (thank you). The guy even took off his shoes when he stepped into my home (major points). They were the most cost effective electrical company in my area (Walnut Creek). They did not charge me an arm and leg like the other quotes I got from the rest of the companies I spoke with.

Extremely happy with the service and will be using them in the future.

Rating: 10/10 - Service. Promote the electrician that came to do the service. The kid knows his craft and is super friendly. Thanks again.

I was referred to Electric Hero’s by a family member. I needed recessed lights installed in my living room. I called Electric Hero’s on a Tuesday, had a consultation on Wednesday and my lights were installed the following week. The service was great. Not to mention the price was affordable. The electricians were very professional, swift and kept my place tidy. I am so happy with my new lights, I can’t wait to host a party!

I hired Electric Heroes for a project for our building after sourcing several quotes. They were by far the simplest to deal with while delivering the easiest and most fair quote. Their estimator was great to deal with.

The electrician that came, Jesus, was great to deal with and did a fantastic job which was quicker than estimated, ending our project under budget.

I can confidently say that I would recommend this company to anyone looking for an electrician. I will be hiring them again for sure.

Electric Heroes helped us switch out our outdated electric panels and replace them with new ones. This process took several months but they manage the project every step of the way working with PG&E and the City. They were easy to work with and returned my calls immediately to answer my questions. One of their technicians even called me on his day off to work through a question I had. I highly recommend them for their high-quality work and excellent customer service — a combination you don’t always find.

Everything was great from day 1 when I contacted them through Yelp. Laura was very fast in replying to me, providing me an estimate, and then scheduling the service with an electrician. The electrician is really professional and experienced, he provided a much better solution for my home than the other electrician that came to gave me an estimate. He showed up on time, he did a great job, efficiently with great quality. It was an amazing experience with Electric Heroes and I will definitely be using Electric Heroes for other projects that I have in mind. I highly recommend Electric Heroes.

I hired Electric Heroes to do an electrical panel upgrade and to replace my gas water heater with a hybrid heat pump model. Their performance was fantastic! I got numerous bids and the price they quoted was very competitive. Their staff showed up on time and the plumbing and electrical work was outstanding. When an issue developed that required a small modification they responded immediately. The office staff consisting of Ana and Zoe were always available to coordinate the project and kept me in the loop regarding scheduling and project execution. Electric Heroes also showed great flexibility in planning and completing the job around my travel schedule.

I was very pleased with Electric Heroes and recommend them highly if you need electrical or plumbing work

I put up a request in yelp for car charger Nema1450 outlet installation which was already pre-wired. Electric heros sent me a quote, called my and checked the pre wiring through a video call and finally scheduled an appointment. They said it would cost $350, which I thought was too expensive. But since the reviews were good, and didn't want to take risk with installing myself, I took the offer. They arrived on time and installed quickly. It was a 5-10 min job and charged me $350. I also asked if it was a industrial grade outlet and he said yes.

Now it's been a year, and recently noticed that the charging has stopped. I was also not able to unplug the connector. I tried to unscrew and noticed that the outlet has melted. The outlet does'nt look like it was industrial grade and it was some cheap $15 leviton outlet. I regret getting it installed with electric heros. Charging $350 for a 10 min job, I atleast expected a quality product being used. This is so disappointing, and would not recommend Electric heros who wants quality and peace of mind.

I hired Electric Heroes (EH) to put up two GFCI outlets, one in each of my two toilets, so that we can use a toilet bidet seat. I had sent out a request on Yelp, and many companies with good reviews felt that a heating bidet would require a dedicated line and so they would not install one in a condo. Electric heroes and only one or two others responded. Only EH gave me a free virtual estimate of $760 for the job, $380 for each toilet. The estimate did not include the patch up job that would be required; I could hire a handyman myself to do that later. Little did I know that it would be a real horror! (See attached photos) I finally hired EH. They did come on the scheduled day, took about half an hour to tell me what they would do, and also verified using a meter that the bidet would not require a dedicated line. Anyway, he said that he would require to make about 8 holes in one toilet and 6 in the other and that there is no other way to do this job. Well, he was a real nice guy and I agreed. After he was done, we were rather shocked to see the large number of gaping holes. Well, since this is the only way it can be done, I paid them and then hired a handyman again through Yelp to help close the holes. He arrived and told me (he does electrician jobs too) that EH had really made a mess and spoiled the wall. They had drilled a hole at every slat point so that they could in turn drill a hole through that slat to pass a wire. He said that he had drill bits up to six feet long so that with just three and two holes (respectively), he could have finished a job. He also showed me a video where he created only five holes to pass a wire from one end of a living room to another via a roof. He also said that for $760, he would have even patched the holes and painted the wall, not just done the electric work. Anyway. I had to pay $540 to do the patch work and painting. So the total cost of the job came to $1300, $650 per outlet!

I just needed some grounding work to be done for a few outlets. Scheduled for an estimate multiple times but no one came home at the scheduled time! I got hold of someone named Matt and he gave his assistant details again, talked to her to confirm on an appointment yet no one came home after confirming multiple times from my end. I haven't even got a return call or message about this.

    Great work!
David Makela found an issue regarding the installation but he was able to come up with a perfect plan to resolve the problem.

they did a great job, and finished quickly. This was the 3rd time I've worked with Frontline, and I'd use them again.
