I highly recommended this local company for electrical work. I had some electrical issues at home that required to upgrade the panel. After hired One & Only, I was definitely more secure at home and all my appliances worked well. They also added a beautiful touched to my outdoor lighting.

Called and got service within a week, Asked questions, questions got answered!
I have an electric car and been wanting a level 2 charger but before that, i needed a particular outlet and they informed me of the price and i made my decision to go forward with the service. the results were spectacular! i now have a Nema 48-50 outlet for my new car charger coming in!!!

The One & Only Electrical team members are always extremely professional, polite, explain everything in detail ahead of time before they start the work, explain the solutions for approval and are very efficient. Everyone that has done work at our home, has resolved the issues at hand. I recommend One & Only Electrical for your electrical needs.

They came out because my Polaris in my pool was not working. He gave me estimate of $875, when they left they said it was $1,875. It still did not work, they came out the next day and charged $675, it still does not work. They have never given me an invoice that describes what the did. My pool now runs 24 hores a day. When I had someone else me come out and look at is, they said my electrical panel is so screwed up, I will need another electrician to fix. I am thinking of going to sm

It isn't true that they called AHS and gave us all that information during the service that the owner claims in the reply to my review. This is what happened:
-Electrician performed repair and said he was pretty sure they don't cover this, but keep this burned component as evidence just in case. They then asked that we pay during the visit. This left us to navigate the insurance headaches to try and get our answer, wasting a lot of our time on hold and in back and forth with One and Only to finally understand our coverage. Overall the technical service was good but the communication and customer service was average or below average. So 3 stars is fair. My original review is below.

The service was successful, but the communication is poor. Additionally, they made us pay out of pocket rather than submitting the expense through our insurance provider (American Home Shield) which led to a lot of time lost and confusion. After several calls I eventually learned the following, One and Only decided it wasn't a covered cost themselves and preferred to not put in the effort to submit the report. Therefore American Home Shield didn't have the opportunity to assess the charge for coverage and it led to confusion for us (the home owners). 4 calls later (being sent back and forth between insurance and One and Only...) we have our answer and understand the situation better, but it was quite irritating.

We called One and Only Electrical Service for adding a new electrical panel in the bath room, they responded promptly and did it early in the morning the next day, the employees are very friendly & knowledgeable, nicely done for a reasonable price.
I spoke to the owner, Mike Sabag, for the pymnt, he’s such a nice guy to deal with!
We definitely use One & Only Service next time!

They were nice, friendly and did a good job. Price just seemed a little expensive for adding an outlet that was less than 2ft away from the subpanel circuit breaker and added a couple hundred more to the price given to me mid-installation because they forgot to add the costs of the outlet, breaker, etc. And at the end of the job, they created a couple of holes that they just covered up with tape so I patched them up. I didnt mind patching up, its the price I had to pay for a short (length and time of installation) job. But other than that, they got the job done

I called at 9:00 AM Mike was at my home at 10:30 AM had a bad outlet and my outside lights and outlets have not worked in years. Mike was very professional and his crew were great, very polite and very respectful of my home. They diagnosed the problem got the parts and fixed it all, my wife and I are very happy! We would recommend them to anyone that needs a job done the pricing was detailed and upfront no hidden fees or surprises

Over Labor day weekend was very hot and with all the fires raging around the bay area we lost partial power in our home. With the A/C off and our refrigerator off we were panicking! We called around to so many electricians and everyone was off for the holiday, or giving us outrageous prices for the after hours urgent call.
However, at 9pm on a Sunday night we actually got through to someone at One & Only Electrical Service. The woman heard how scared and concerned we were and took it upon herself to contact the owner and together they arraigned for the owner to come out the same night! Mike the owner was out with his family and stopped what he was doing to come to our home at 10:45pm! Not only did he fix our issues but he didn't take advantage of the situation at all! He was extremely understanding, honest and fixed our issue with 1 hour. We had power and the Air conditioning and refrigerator up and running again! With kids in the house and after 11pm at night we knew we were in the best hands! Mike at One & Only Electrical Service will from now on be our electrician.

When I first contacted One & Only Electrical, they were great on the phone - very helpful, professional and friendly. Revaldino arrived on time and was great to deal with. We had an outdoor outlet installed. I also asked if he could hang the outdoor lights, and he was very accommodating. My Father can be difficult and picky, and Revaldino was very professional in dealing with him. I very much appreciated him going out of his way to help us. I will definitely use One & Only Electrical in the future.

I needed a new electrical panel. One and only responded quickly and got the job done quickly with a good price. However the quality of the work is not very good. The roof wasn’t sealed properly which caused some leakage. I had to call them to come back and fix it. They also couldn’t patch the wall as they promised they would.

An incredible electrical job done with excellent timing.
The guy had a huge smile and a big heart — he was extremely patient.
I highly recommend him!

We had One & Only Electrical Service out to diagnose a couple issues we had been having with lights in our house. Mike was prompt and was able to quickly diagnose the issue and complete the repairs. Unfortunately one of the lights needed to be replaced and we had One & Only Electrical Service back out to install the new light after buying it. Scheduling was very easy for both appointments and they were on time arriving. Pricing was very fair! I highly recommend One & Only Electrical Service anytime you need to hire an electrician!

We were assigned to One & Only through our home warranty company. After finally getting an appointment scheduled, they failed to show up on three separate occasions. I understand that things can happen unexpectedly, but the complete lack of communication—especially when we're given a four-hour window and I rearrange my schedule—is incredibly unprofessional.
