Ingenious Construction did an amazing master bathroom renovation. When we purchased our home in Lafayette last year, the master bathroom had not been updated since the 1970s. It had 2 awkward entrances, a water closet with a toilet and shower in the middle of the room, and 2 vanities in the corners.

The most important thing about Ingenious Construction is that we trust them to do things right. Given the layout and design issues with the existing bathroom, they did a gut renovation down to the studs. That allowed them to fix things we weren't even expecting like fixing a slight slope in the floors.

Carlos and his team are also clean and detail oriented. We lived in the house as they did the renovation and they were very careful about leaving the surrounding area as clean as possible.

Ingenious Construction cares about client service and change requests. When we didn't like the type of door trim that was selected, they went out and got a different type. When we wanted to turn an empty space in a built-in cabinet, they found a way to do it. We are thrilled with how everything turned out and look forward to working with Ingenious Construction again.

The quoting process for my driveway expansion project with Juan was simple and easy. The crew was able to come out the following day after I signed the contract. When digging down the dirt, it’s almost inevitable to break different pipes, the crew repaired all the pipes. They started on time and finished on time. I can’t wait until it’s dry enough to test driving cars on the new pavement.

Ingenious Construction did an amazing job with the remodel of both of the bathrooms in our home. They were able to bring our vision to life and were very professional and clean while doing so. Not only did they remodel our outdated bathrooms to a luxurious space, but they also helped with replacing our old sliding door with a new one, swapped our kitchen countertops, replaced our garage motor (that hasn't worked for years) with a silent motor, and installed a beautiful floor throughout the home to replace the old carpets and mix matched laminate flooring. We also decided to add new lawn and some landscaping modifications last minute and they did and amazing job with that as well!

In the end our home turned out to be an amazing modern space. Carlos and his team went above and beyond for us during the whole process and I undoubtedly recommend them to anyone interested in doing any kind of construction work to their home.

I was looking for a contractor to build a nice covered patio and remove our concrete and repave our back porch. In my search online I discovered Ingenious general contractor website. I really liked what I saw and called for a quote. Carlos called me back right away which was a good sign in my book and I was right. The work they did was beyond my expectations and their response to any calls or texts were handled immediately. I had another company (well known) come out previously and there estimate was almost double and it was a prefab cover.
I knew the minute I met with Carlos that his company was going to meet my requirements. He said it would take about 2 weeks and he was absolutely right on, They started and finished in just over 2 weeks (rain delays). I also had one minor incident, I took pictures and sent to Carlos he said he would pay for the replacement, without issue. That is the way to do business and keep customers. I have already referred him to several people.
