No remodel is without surprises and changes. And we had a few, but we worked together and figured things out! From the beginning to the end the Astound crew was the best we have hired. We talked to many contractors before starting our ADU project - Sid and Venessa were so different than the rest of them - honest, talking straight to the point and not trying to sell you things you don't need.
We finished the project on time with no issue. You always find out things that were planned incorrectly by the architect or yourself while you are executing the project and Sid's team were extremely helpful and giving us quick and great quality solutions.
The price was really great (compared to other contractors) and any of our friends seeing this ADU finished, just fall in love with it. Took us about 3-4 days on the market to find a tenant and the asking rent price is not cheap at all.
Good luck with your projects and make the right decision, don't start before talking to Sid and Venessa.

Great people, great service! The building of our house in Walnut Creek went smooth, the materials and the colors couldn’t be best. As well, they were very patient with us doing some things the way we wanted to do them. If you want a quality service look no more. They are fast, thorough and stand by their work. Isidro (the contractor) is very knowledgeable and easy to work with. He made some good suggestions and accommodated reasonable changes throughout the process of building my detached studio/office in the back of my house. No matter the type of job, small or large they'll get it done at a reasonable price and with a great attitude.

Vanessa and team did the backyard work for us. It included a Gazebo, retaining wall, lawn for both abck and front yard. The team did a great job in completing this on time inspite of being winter and rainy season.
Lot of compliments from guests about the custom built gazebo with built in Grill with natural gas and lighting. The team was very professional and prompt in communication. Great value. Definitely recommend.

Astounding did a wonderful job replacing my roof. Their price was very competitive. The best part of their bid was that they promised to repair any damage discovered once the old roof removed without limitation while the other guys all had limitations. They also included new gutters and spark arrestors while the other guys did not. Once engaged, the project manager (Vanessa) was both attentive and responsive. She did a great job coordinating with the solar company who had to remove and reinstall my solar panels. The crew was on time, worked diligently and left the site clean at the end of each work day. I heartily recommend them.
