If I could give zero stars I would. From the beginning customer service was a mess. I received calls each week with issues. Our keys were stolen, they locked themselves out of the office so I had to drive there around 10pm to help. They never did a good job cleaning. Messes were left. They dragged garbage through the office, leaving trash and liquid all over the floor. The service is expensive AND they do a terrible job. The staff answering the phones have zero answers to questions. I recommend monitoring cameras to ensure they actually do the job. Don’t waste your money!!!

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! We hired them to clean our office suite last summer. They came 2-3 times and cleaning team did good work. Then they stopped showing up. I called to see what happened, and they said it was a scheduling error. But they sent an invoice for it anyway. I called and they reversed the charge. Next time, I called to remind confirm they were coming, and they said they would be there. Again, a no show. Again, we got an invoice. After the 3rd no show, I sent an email to the sales rep and to their accounting department that we no longer needed their services. But we kept getting invoices every month. After 3-1/2 months, I am still calling, trying to get them to stop sending invoices for work they are not performing. I talked to their accounting department last week and forwarded them all the emails showing them that I discontinued service. Today, I got two emails. A new invoice and a past due notice. Both for work they did not perform. Don't get trapped in this viscous cycle.
