I have been working with Skyline for just a little under 2 years and highly recommend them!
From the beginning Skyline was able to send out Mike Abeydeera for a walk through to provide a proposal. My budget was under the quoted price, so Skyline was able to design a custom quote to accommodate my budget.
The quote was provided within 24 hours, with a /(3) follow up calls by Jean to confirm receipt of quote and offer assistance if need be. The contract is sent electrically which makes signing the contract easy and effective. We are currently set up on Net 30 terms, & ACH payment which works great for our finance Dept. in NY. Once I had to adjust an Invoice for a change that I wanted to make and they were able to update our invoice within 24 hours without delays. We started out with a 15,523 sq ft building and now we have moved into a 25,000+ sq ft. With 9 conference rooms, 5 Private offices, 2 Kitchens, 4 Balconies, with 134 personal desks, 6 bathrooms, 1 Elevator, and 4 flights of stairs. Veronica and Kimberly currently service our location 5 nights a week. They are always on time and present daily without interference. They really go the extra mile to make sure the office is clean and ready to go for the next day. Their communication is top tear and leave notes, or call outs of anything that may require maintenance or restock. Overall really satisfied with their services!

Our company started using Vanguard Cleaning Services in 2002 and I am very impressed communication we receive from Vanguards office Manager Lori Johnson and the ability to schedule special requests when needed. The Highlight of Vanguard is our service provider Bertha and the attention to details that she provides for our company. We are a manufacturing business and the same attention to detail is applied in the shop as it is in our offices.

Vanguard Cleaning Service is very through. Our company is hiring them for cleaning and disinfection the office to prevent the spread of the virus that causes COVID-19. The cleaning crew comes in everyday after office hours. Their attention to detail is amazing. Sergio is the operational manager, he is friendly, responsible and professional, just someone who is easy to work with. Hello I want to thank Vanguard Cleaning Services and its Corporate Team for the business opportunity they gave us. I'm not too sure about this at first but then the return have been amazing, it surpassed my expectations. Vanguard will give you a guarantee that your ROI will be met in a couple of months and they are right. Don't start small but don't overdo it either. Be ready to work, give good service, communicate timely to your accounts and surround yourself with a good crew, you will do yourself a favor and will give Vanguard a good name.

Vanguard have multiple support team, and they go out of their way to help you out. I want to give a special shout to its Accounting office, Maria always make me feel I'm the only franchiser they have. She will take her time to answer all my questions, no matter how insignificant they are. If you have any questions or not sure about the figures and what they means she is always there to remind you and give you the answers based on the contract you signed up for. No questions is small or big enough for her and her team you can always call them anytime.
