I highly recommend Vanguard for your office cleaning needs. We started working with them at the beginning of the year and have found them to do great work and have excellent customer service. They have also shown flexibility when responding to unique situations that arise with our older downtown Oakland office building.

We have been using Vanguard for our janitorial service since 2007 and have nothing but high praise for their company and the staff that cleans our office. The director, Kim Maria in the office is very helpful and responsive when I email a request. Luis and Fanny, the stars who clean our office, are extremely hard working and do an amazing job. Their attention to detail is wonderful and they are respectful of our many projects that are on our desks, everything is always clean, and although they are here after hours and on the weekend, when I do see them they are very friendly. On the occasion that we need an emergency clean up, they respond quickly and get it done fast and efficiently. Also, when I ask for extras like window cleaning or carpet cleaning, they do awesome work! I would highly recommend Vanguard Cleaning Systems, as this is a great company with hard working, professionals that are highly dependable and do a fantastic job!

I am leaving this review for our company’s cleaning service that we have through Vanguard. We had our old cleaning crew for almost 20 years and when switching to a new group, we were nervous. Kim helped to get a good replacement group in, ensuring our needs are always met. She checks in every few months to make sure things are still running smoothly.
