I have received painting and maintenance services from Lumina Home Solutions since 2020. At that time he was able to help me select colors for my kitchen cabinets, the interior and exterior as well as colors for my new addition. He did an excellent job both with color selection and the quality of his work. He comes back yearly to power wash the exterior of my home and has repaired a patch of stucco that needed replacing. His work is excellent. He is timely in response to new inquiries and to questions I may have. I would highly recommend Alex and his company for any painting or maintenance services you might require. We hired Alex from Lumina to remediate and remodel a mold damaged downstairs room, and he was excellent! He moved quickly and efficiently while still doing the job the right way - fully drying the space, removing contaminated materials, sealing the area, and rebuilding cleanly.

Greengo Landscaping, Inc. is amazing in every aspect of their business, always delivering incredible customer service. Jim and his team filled in our old swimming pool and removed a concrete patio and storage shed. Then they installed new drainage, irrigation, electrical and gas lines, compacted and graded the entire backyard and installed pavers. They then went to work building a beautiful pergola, outdoor kitchen, fire pit and installing new bushes, flowers, and artificial turf. They also transformed our concrete front porch by installing bluestone. Throughout the course of the project, they suggested several excellent modifications to our original plan that we are very happy we implemented. We could not have been happier with the work Greengo did for us. In fact, we have already referred them to our daughter and several close friends!

I wanted to wait until after we were beyond the warranty period 1 year on the landscaping that they did for us. They were polite the first year but the minute we passed that one year barrier and we found some major issues with the work they done they immediately went dead silent. It started with us finding garbage stuffed into the holes in the retaining wall they also hadn't put all the caps, the stone caps, on top of those holes so I was up there checking out the plantings and stuff and noticed a ton of garbage that needed to be pulled out and they had to come back out and complete the retaining wall. Fast forward to just about a year out and 20 to 25% of the plants they put in had died now they give you that year's warranty so that they can replace them but they only replaced about 90% of the dead plants the rest of them are still in the yard then we had problems with the fruit trees they put in. The rootstock has taken over two of the four trees they put in and they are refusing to respond to my what the heck question.....we put in an entire orchard on this property before we tore it out and put in the new house and we never had a single problem with a single plant. This tells me that whoever they're using to supply their plants is not superior like Navalet's and you just need to be careful and check every single thing they do as a matter of fact I'd recommend triple checking it.

It was a pleasure to work with the Greengo team. They transformed our backyard into a space that not only we can use but that we can enjoy and want to spend time in. It has elevated our property appeal and has made it a lot more functional which was our goal.
