It's such a relief to call a company and actually *talk* to someone. From the first minute of my first call to HomeShield, I knew I was going to be in good hands!

HomeShield was recommended to me by my mom who has used them for about 3 years. They have an amazing referral program which made it $0 to start with them. The monthly cost is definitely affordable (for what I needed them for) & I like that they stand by their work. Upon calling I had a lot of questions and they were very informative. Jordan came out and did our first spray today. He was great with his communication and was very thorough with treating all areas of the house, inside & out. I am thrilled to soon not have to worry about ants taking over my home. I will definitely be recommending this business to others!

Wonderful service! Ricky Dandridge showed up on time and took care of us quickly and effiently. Even when we first called, the man on the phone ( Dan) was super understanding and helpful. I really appreciated the service I rec'd !

William C provided us with thorough inspection, documentation of all areas serviced - interior and exterior of house. His was very thorough in communicating to us what type of extermination product he was using and the service we needed that he completed. He was very professional and we thank him.

Mitchell came to help me with a recurring ant problem that I’ve been having in my home. He was very patient and thorough, explaining his strategy and approach for eliminating the ants. He also answered all my questions, helping me be more prepared the next time I see an ant. Keeping my fingers crossed that this is the last of the ants. Thanks for all your help, Mitchell!

Carlos V. was wonderful to work with today. We’ve been dealing with a recent swarm of ants inside and outside as a result of the recent rains. Carlos came over to apply the first treatment and was extremely friendly, took the time to explain his process and best treatment options, and even recommended some tips we could take at home to treat our plants so that we’re not attracting additional pests. Highly recommend him and Homeshield!

Bradon was the specialist that came out to service my home for my first bug treatment. He was very professional, respectful and thorough. He went through everything he was going to do and told me why he’s doing it. He removed all the spider webs and sprayed inside & out. 5 star experience

Aaron was our guy and he did a great job from day one. Aaron was always informative about the treatment. He always made sure to ask if we noticed "anything." I'm hoping that we will never need pest control services again. And, if, we will need some more pest control services we will call on Homeshield Pest Control.

Joseph’s communication was excellent. He let me know when he would be here and notified me once he arrived. Once he was done he let me know he was finished and how long the treatment would last.

I would like to give a recommendation to the gentleman who treated my house yesterday, by the name of Aaron. He was remarkable and amazing and someone I would recommend 100%. We were having a difficult day because two homeless people came by the house and their stuff was all over the place. Aaron disregarded the mess and just simply helped with fumigating the bathrooms and the kitchen and some of the bedrooms. Once again, I could not recommend him enough. Does get the job done. Seeing less insects in the house. Even though its a quarterly service, would be great if they can come month to month without having to make an appointment. Overall great customer service and the techs who do come out does a great job and respects the property.

Our technicians that we have had so far were fine. Today, Aaron was efficient, courteous, and professional. I just don't like that there is such a huge window for arrival time. Our window was for 8 am to 12 noon, and our technician arrived just before noon. Otherwise, service is fine!
