Just completed our first service. While its too soon to vouch for the effectiveness, I can say that the technicians Jordan and Tevin are so professional. They were knowledgeable, kind, accommodating, and courteous. They sprayed inside and outside, explaining the purpose and even reviews areas and points of entry for critters.

Adding an update 1/7/26 - still highly recommend William! Everything I said before is still true :) William is the BEST technician! He really cares about his customers and takes the time to explain what he is doing. He goes above and beyond by using gel after he sprays, then sending us photos to document any challenging areas. Today he explained how the change in weather requires a change in the products he will use in our home. I highly recommend WILLIAM C!

I took advantage of a holiday promotion on the startup fee, and I was pleased with my service from Tevin at the company. He arrived promptly, sprayed the property and explained everything I asked about, including the name of the poison (Selontra) used in their bait boxes.

I'm optimistic the solution they offer will keep my house bug-free and eliminate the rat I detected in my crawlspace. I'll update this review after a couple of treatments to see if they were effective as their guarantee claims.

I asked HomeShield to take care of some fruit flies and other pests. Ian responded promptly to provide a quote, Quinn wrote up my service contract, and Aaron came out the next day to provide the initial consultation and service. They were all very courteous and professional. I appreciate that they seem to care about the outcome for us and not just growing their business or making a lot of profit. Their rates are fair and competitive.

I am very pleased that Home Shield continues to have Kevin as my service technician. Always so polite, accommodating and service oriented. Asks me if there are any trouble spots, checks in with me before and after the service and just a positive person.

I'm a new customer. I'm glad that I did not sign up for a one year contract. I usually would go for family owned company just like Clark pest control years ago but they were sold to a corporation now. HomeShield is family owned but I had a very bad experience with the service technician Bradon. His work was very sparse. The manager I spoke to kept defending him. But I have cameras around my house shows how he did his job. I won't go for this company again. Or if you're a customer don't go for Bradon

Jonathan communicated in advance about his arrival time and showed up right on schedule. He was pleasant, professional, and took the time to really listen to my areas of concern. His work was thorough, and the entire experience was great. I look forward to my next visit with him.

Tevin is always so incredibly kind, patient and sincere. They take time to say hello and let us know if any concerns. This may only be their second visit, but almost immediately we’ve seen an improvement with less interior and exterior creepy crawlies. Thank you for your amazing service!

Since starting pest control services with Homeshield, the difference has been night and day — hardly any bugs and so much more peace of mind. Our pest control specialist, Aaron, has gone truly above and beyond every visit. He’s very knowledgeable and always makes sure every concern is addressed. The price is also very reasonable and we’re grateful to have found homeshield.

I was exhausted trying to find an exterminator for my elderly Mom’s home. I called six places, and the quotes were all over the place. Then one place thought they would be sneaky and not offer to comeback, unless you purchase a warranty from them. Be very careful when dealing with some of these companies, they try to be sneaky and no transparency. Then Ian the owner of Home Shield contacted me via text. He was very nice and professional, I explained the issues my Mom had and he gave me the best deal out of everyone I tried. His representative I believe Parker was his name, was just as professional, he explained the pricing, and that they come out free of charge for any issues we may have. Luis called thirty minutes out to give my Mom a heads up, and he spent nearly two hours taking the spider webs down, spraying inside and out for ants and other pests. My Mom said he was a real nice guy and did a fantastic job. So, I can honestly say, give Home Shield a chance to earn your business. Thanks Ian.

This was our first service with Homeshield and our technician was Melissa. She was detailed in her explanation of what the service would entail and the execution of the service. She also spent time with me to offer some suggestions on what we could do to minimize some of the spider activity we often get.

I’m very lucky that I have Aaron Martinez assigned to my home for my quarterly ant control spray. He is incredibly professional and personable. He does a great job and I always enjoy visiting with him. Plus… His cologne is amazing. I believe he’s connected to the walnut Creek home shield.

Mitchell was our technician and he did an amazing job! Very helping and informative and answers any and all questions we had. He was very knowledgeable about the service and pests as well. If I could give him 6 stars I would! Thanks Mitchell!

Joseph was a true professional. He gave me an ETA via text and was even a few minutes early. When he got here, he explained the service he would be performing that day as well as our yearly plan. He asked me if there were any specific concerns about our house that he should address. He also answered every single one of my questions and was overall an absolute pleasure to talk to. My partner and I are so appreciative of him and his hard work.

I also want to mention that after I submitted a quote request online, Quinn called me within ten minutes and provided the same excellent service as Joseph.

HomeShield pest Control has been absolutely phenomenal. I moved into a new home and after a few months, suffered massive ant infestations across the home. After just the first service, all the ants were gone and the ant colonies in the garden left over several weeks. It's been almost half a year now with no reoccurrences whatsoever. As far as the individual service visits go, Jason Singh went above and beyond to note where they were entering the property and the best approach to treat the impacted areas. He has been very courteous of my time and on his subsequent quarterly visit, made sure to note that there have been no further infestations. I would highly recommend this company over others in the area as they offer better rates with better service. You come away with a well treated home and feeling valued as a customer. Ricky Dandridge once again did a great job of regular maintenance to keep my house out of ants. He always arrives on time and explains clearly wrt what he is planning to do along with the tips to manage my backyard! We are so grateful to have him about his service! Highly recommend!

As someone with a fear of bugs, Homeshield pest control has been amazing to work with for the past year. Aaron is our specialist and has taken amazing care of us! He is super easy to communicate with and is very thorough in his work. We don’t know what we would do without him! I’ve had such a great experience with homeshield and recommend it to anyone who is looking for regular pest control services in the Bay Area.

William C. was my service technician today. He did a thorough treatment of the outside, front and backyard then met me to treat inside the house. He noted a couple areas for me to keep an eye on regarding spiders and pest intrusion and he placed several sticky mats for bugs in the garage.

He was very professional and personable. Overall, I was highly satisfied with this service.
