I had Ali out to diagnose and repair what turned out to be a faulty gas valve in my furnace. Everything went smoothly from start to finish with excellent communication along the way. He is very knowledgable, patient and honest. He explained that the part may still be under warranty and provided pricing for labor only in case it was. I will definitely call Otter HVAC next time my system requires service.

Overall had the best experience for new AC+Furnace install on a really old system at our rental home. Especially I had the best time working with Vlad and Mike on the install as they are friendly, courteous and go out of their way to inform a leak in the house which would otherwise be missed by us. It really shows that they treat their clients as their long term partners.

They are smaller company but they are working extremely hard to deliver best quality of product and service. Highly recommended.

If you’re even thinking about HVAC work, stop what you’re doing and call Ali and his team at Otter HVAC. We were exploring adding A/C to our existing central heating system—simple enough—until we got hit with quotes suggesting we’d need to replace the furnace too. Then Ali showed up.

Instead of upselling, he educated us. He walked us through our entire system, pointed out that a new furnace wasn’t necessary, and found smart, cost-effective fixes—like new circuit breakers and upgraded motors—that would get us the performance we needed without the extra expense.

He gave us the most reasonable bid, but here’s the kicker: our house turned out to be a total wildcard. Let’s just say it was built with...creative freedom, not architectural foresight. The job was way more complicated than expected, but Ali didn’t blink. He stayed late to make sure our heating was back up and running that same day, and then came every day for a week to help us tune the system until it ran like a dream.

Kind, calm under pressure, and clearly operating at a level of competence most HVAC folks can only aspire to—Ali’s the real deal. Otter is now our go-to for HVAC, and we’ve already recommended them to our HOA.

Bottom line: if you’re in a jam, do yourself a favor and let Otter HVAC help you out. You’ll wish you called them sooner.

I had nothing but the best experience with Otter. They replaced my furnace and were total professionals. It couldn't have been an easy job as it was in a high-up, weird location. Very friendly fellows Ali, Mike and Vlad. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

After 7 years, our AC stopped blowing cold air and Ali was able to come the very next morning to fix it. He was upfront about the diagnostics cost and what needed to be repaired. I appreciated how he explained the manufacturer of the parts that we currently had versus what he was using. I'd a great experience with Otter HVAC. Roman came out to view my projects and he was very professional, and quoted a good price. Nate came to do the project and he was very friendly, worked efficiently and completed the job beyond my expectations. I finally have 2 TVs with no visible electrical wires and they look so much better now. The only thing I needed to do was spackle and paint.

Otter HVAC clearly prioritizes customer service. I needed cleaning of my gas wall heater and they quickly gave me a fair quote. On inspection they found it needed replacement, all the while being very courteous with clear explanations. I received lower quotes, but after researching the company and my positive experience, I chose Otter. Again, they were courteous and respectful during the replacement, leaving the area well cleaned up. They did a great job on the replacement and our interaction. Highly recommended.

I contacted Chill HVAC and Refrigeration to help fix our refrigerator/freezer unit since the temperature inside kept rising. The technician (David) came by within an hour of my call in the morning and found the root cause being the old compressor. He was so kind he came back later in the afternoon (per our request) the same day with the new part and stayed until 10pm to have it fixed. We were so desperate to have the fridge fixed as soon as possible and they made all the arrangements to make it happen. I highly highly recommend this company. David was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. We will definitely contact them in future if needed.

Furnace broke down on a cold winter day 🥶. Called Chill services and got same day appointment on Sunday. Victor came and fixed the furnace in less than 30 mins and got it working right away.

It was a great experience. My furnace was broken and I called Chill services in the morning. Jack came in two hours, figured out the problem, then got the part and fixed it. Very happy for the result.

Jack is a very nice and honest guy, who did an awesome job, they came in quick, likely an hour after I called in, make sure my unit is working correctly before leave. I’ll use them again if I ever needed air conditioning repair.

David was extremely helpful and helped diagnose our 18 year old fridge compressor issue. I would def recommend. He was very polite and explained everything!
