I had a really bad clog in my drain. It was draining poorly and causing my tap to flood. I called Service Pros Plumbers Walnut Creek and they quickly came out to fix the issue, draining the clog and taking care of my blockages as well. Garbage disposal was broken. Called service pros and got next day appointment as I requested, service person Ray Alvarez gave me a quote installed new disposal they had in stock also replaced old drainage pipes . I found Service Pro's to be extremely responsive and good. When I called the company on Saturday morning in a near panic to get our water system back up and running, I was very pleased and definitely surprised with how quickly the lady who answered my call was able to get a plumber out to fix the water piping. About 1 hour.

I believe that Ryan did great job and is a very good plumber. He definitely bailed me out of a bad situation that I had been in for the past 2 weeks. I had cut out the old deteriorated piping and had unsuccessfully been trying to temporary repair the leak using Sharkbite fittings. Ryan replaced my unsuccessful repair piping with a new 1 inch copper solid soldered pipe supply line with double block and bleed valves with tie-in piping to my nearby water sprinklers supply. I had purchased most of the piping components earlier as I had planned to attempt this permanent replacement myself later, although I would have been worried about the outcome!
Ryan was very good in that he was very knowledgeable and skillful in the work with great attention to detail and carefully checked his welds after each was completed, so that all was leak tight when he did his final testing at the completion of the work!
Ryan was also very smart and personable and was a pleasure to have here to do this work and to deal with. I will definitely call upon Service Pro's from now on when I have a piping/plumbing issue in my house.

We just finished a two-day project with them (installation of a utility sink, installation of a washer and dryer box, re-routing of pipes inside a well). The job was well done, their responsiveness and availability great. Pricing was not unreasonable. Great marks!

Service Pros Plumbers was great! We had to replace a section of our gas pipe downstream of the meter that had rust damage. The service was professional, on time, and everything went great. Even when PG&E required a small section of pipe to be reworked to meet clearances they came back and made the adjustment! Huge thanks to Eddie and the rest of the Team for all their help.
