Let’s just say SAL was pretty freaking awesome, customer service was top tier, his dedication to get the job done was magnificent. When you guy’s hired an individual like SAL, you knew exactly what an homeowner like myself needed at a time like this. His knowledge on plumbing just reassured me that everything will be ok!! Thanks a million SAL for going the extra mile.

When I called for a next day appointment, I was first told 8-9am; at 9:30 I received a text saying it’s now 10-12 . I called the 341 number & a lady said they had morning meetings every Wednesday! I asked why wasn’t I told that when I called the day before? I got apologies: Very Poor customer service! The plumber, Sal, was excellent!

Tried to call our "go-to" rooter service but they were booked 2 days out. Needed help as of NOW! Called Roto-Rooter and they responded within an hour. The technician, Sal, was friendly and explained the charges depending on what was ultimately discovered. Sal also explained each step and invited me to see what he was diagnosing. Sal took the required time to ensure the blockage was complete cleared.

I called the Walnut Creek Roto-Rooter yesterday and they booked an appointment for cleaning out my yard drains. I had issues during the last rains where water pooled up in my yard and was going under my foundation. They said they would be at my house between 2-4 PM on 1/8/26. Approx. 1.5 hours later they called and said they would not be coming to snake out my blocked outdoor gutter drain. I asked why they would set an appointment and then cancel after they told me they were coming and they said they just didn't clean out yard drains.

I have used Roto-Rooter in Concord and in Truckee and they have always been responsive to me. I explained to the dispatcher that I have been a Roto-Rooter customer for years and I didn't understand how they would respond to a drainage need. I called another local company and they came between 1-3 PM with two guys and ran 65 ft. of their cable into my drain and cleared it out for me. I was very impressed with them !!

I got a call that they could come out a day early if I was available and Rey arrived within the hour of that call. He replaced one sump and put in a check valve that had burned out its motor and then repaired the piping for another sump.

He double checked the second sump and noticed it wasn’t functioning properly again so he replaced the check valve and cleaned up the install by replacing couplings. This would have taken likely until the next day of rain to notice and require someone else to come out so I appreciate his attention to detail.

Will the technician was here 3 hours and didn't give up until he fixed my problem. He was awesome. I think beyond the skills he had to solve my issue he was a decent caring human being. Which of course is more important. Good man!
