Gas leak repair. Everything was totally professional plus the people were top quality. Here's the key things. Estimate on time and he knew what he was doing. So the estimate was not one of those, "Oh, we found something else". The plumbers show up on time and I felt like my cousins were at my house to help fix things. It was done on time, 100% properly. These are the kind of people who you can trust with a job, trust around you home, family and dogs :]

Val Betti just quickly and cost-effectively resolved two plumbing issues for me. Both had the potential to become much more complicated and costly, but Val figured out how to resolve the problems efficiently and with no fuss. After he investigated what was going on, he gave me clear and specific rundowns on the possible resolutions, so I felt very comfortable and well-informed about my options and next steps. Val came to the door wearing mask, gloves and foot covers, and was completely careful and neat while working. Although I hope not to have any other plumbing issues in the near future, Val Betti Plumbing will be my first call if I do.

I couldn't be happier with Val Betti Plumbing. They arrived on time, wore booties and face coverings, and their demeanor was professional. They quickly did their job, and everything works perfectly now.
It turns out that another workman did not secure my dishwasher (not the plumbers' job) , and when I asked Val's opinion as to how I should resolve this issue, he stopped by the next day and fixed it himself and refused to charge me. They are the ultimate professionals. They have my highest recommendation

My experience with Val Betti Plumbing was 5 star from start to finish. I called into the office to schedule someone to come out and fix a leak we sprung on our sprinkler system. The person I spoke to was very helpful and got me scheduled for an appointment within a couple of days. The tech they sent texted me to let me know he was on his way, and showed up right on time. He was super! Fixed the issue and also gave me advice on a couple of other plumbing issues in the house. Highly recommend!!

We had a leaking hose bib. Jeff came out, diagnosed the problem and repaired in less than a half hour. We especially appreciated that Jeff had a binder with all of the different plumbing services and their prices. It reassured us that we were being charged fairly. Speaking of which, Val Betti had the best prices of the three plumbing companies we had bid the job!

We will use them again for any future plumbing problems.

Outstanding service! Mitch is probably the most professional and honest plumber! Quickly diagnosed the issue (which was completely accurate) and explained what was required. Fantastic! Another earlier bid from an unnamed local plumbing company was wildly incorrect and very expensive for unnecessary work. We had last used Val Betti 30 years ago for our first house, so I remembered to call them and are happy they also work in P. Hill. Highly reccommend.

William was incredibly helpful in solving our dishwasher air gap issue. He worked quickly and diligently to fix the problem and showed us the issues along the way. He was wonderful to work with and we would definitely call Roto-Rooter again
