When they showed up, on time, they were courteous and checked things quickly. At first it looked like it would take a week to get the right part and I’d be out of a shower that whole time. However, they called about a half an hour after leaving saying they had found the part and were headed back. My shower works better than ever and I’m grateful!

Trenching and installation of new water supply line from the street. Both trenching crew and plumbers were neat and did a quality job despite some obstacles that had to be worked around. They informed me of options and I am happy with my increased water flow which had become very poor.

Two thumbs up to LeapFrog Plumbing for being on-time, courteous, and best of all, efficient. Gordon replaced a leaking copper pipe between the walls behind the shower which was making a pool downstairs in the dining room. The most fun was when the soldering set off the fire alarm, but a few open windows and a call to the alarm company solved that. He tested, cleaned up, and while not inexpensive, not the most, either, and worth every dollar. I won't hesitate to call LeapFrog again. And just a note, my neighbor has the same opinion. So this is a two-for-one recommendation. (Shout out to their phone staff as well!)

They were able to get a plumber to my house quickly about a clog. Unfortunately, they didn’t properly snake my pipes and everything backed up the next day. The plumber also removed my water flow regulator on my bathroom sink without permission. Annoying that they tried to do an extra without doing the main job properly.

A few weeks ago I called Leap Frog because I needed a new toilet flush mechanism and the handle was very hard to flush. The service tech replaced the flush mechanism and handle. The handle was poorly installed and the toilet ran continuously so I called to have it fixed A different tech came back to fix the problem and said the seal between the tank and toilet base was bad. I asked about a seal replacement and was told that on a 1 piece toilet it was not replaceable and I needed a new toilet. I told the tech I was going out of town and would address the issue when I returned. I was skeptical about the seal issue. A friend referred me to another plumber, who promptly responded, replaced the seal, reinstalled the flush mechanism and used a Kohller flush handle in lieu of the cheap one LeapFrog used. . I believe I paid way too much for a poor service and negligent advice regarding the seal. I’ve used Leapfrog on numerous occasions but this time it was the last. Response to CEO. Maurice, you told me or implied that the seal was not replaceable so essentially the option was a new toilet. I opted for a 2nd opinion and had the seal replaced.

Had a very specific problem with a faucet replacement, and they had the solution! A tenured and treasured resource for all things plumbing in the area for decades!

These guys have bad customer service. Sound like a racist place. This guy John C. and another younger who is on the far left register when you walk in are a joke. Not helpful and alpha male attitude. Too bad this is the only place open on Saturday after 12pm. Visited twice on Saturday spending close to $800 and disappointed both times. Never visit again.

5 Star to Nile for listening in on my conversation with his unhelpful co worker. I went there with a problem for a Moen Valve that wasn't connecting to my current Pex line. The new replacement Pex fitting on the valve was smaller then the original Pex fitting from 10 years ago when the builder installed it. 1/2 to 3/4 . The old guy with the all white hair acted dumbfounded to my whole problem. A customer was listening as well to my problem .A plumber I assume because after the old white hair worker said he didn't have the fitting that I needed the customer was nice enough to explain exactly what I need to make my problems go away with the Moen 4793 valve. Nile then stepped in and brought out another Moen Valve 4792 that was universal and 4 fitting . Got it home and everything was perfect. Didn't need to go to another plumbing store for fittings per the old gut with the all the white hair.
