Even if you are totally lost and confused you don’t have to worry when you come here. Staff is friendly, helpful, and just go above and beyond to help you with any plumbing project. Just wonderful, wonderful people. (Jason helped me when I went and he’s literally the best. Made my day brighter) I felt the NEED to make a review about how awesome my visit was because of how sweet and insightful he was. Thank you, and now I will have a fixed shower!!! (There was also a very sweet lady who jumped in at the end before I left, and she was very nice. Just goes to show how good the staff is.) THANK YOU. I will now always recommend to come here!!

General Plumbing has been my go-to for at least 10 years. I've renovated numerous homes with the help from extremely qualified individuals. They understand how plumbing works which is super important when you are trying to achieve a special or specific setting. I've avoided many mistakes by listening to their brilliant and sound advice. The finish product is always beautiful and exceptionally functional. Travis is my guy. Don't know what I'd do without him or the rest of the fabulous employees at this Walnut Creek facility.

I went into general plumbing the other day and was helped by Julie at the counter. She was amazing and very helpful. She always has a smile on her face and is always ready to help. She sometimes is helping 3 customers at once and can remember customers orders back to back. Julie is very friendly and fast. She gets her orders right everytime. I will always go to Julie when I visit General Plumbing.

Jodi at General Plumbing supply knew my exact issue and solution just by looking at the sample i brought in. I didn't have to say a word. Just because you’re not a contractor doesn't mean this store is not for you. They are exceptionally knowledgable and helpful and saved me hundreds if not thousands of dollars by sharing how to fix the issue myself. 5 stars.

Very busy, well -stocked plumbing supply house featuring most major brands with an extensive showroom for fixtures and large staff eager to help. Parking can be tight and low ground clearance vehicles should park on the street. The pro supply side is bustling and fast paced so have all your specs ready. The showroom side will accommodate private parties but also works with commercial and designer accounts.

2 hrs after purchase found the Anode rod was cross threaded, absolutely no help, no exchange, PACE plumbing supply would've had a new heater delivered same day!!!

I’ve gone there a few times over the last couple days to get parts for an atypical project and every time the counter service was welcoming, patient and extremely helpful. You could feel that they truly wanted to help. Julie especially, took on this odd project and jumped in as if it were her own. I look forward to using them again.

I was told to come here to remodel my bathroom. I guess I didn't look the part as noone said hello or even acknowledged me. If you want snooty service maybe this your place otherwise I'll take my 75k elsewhere.

General Plumbing Supply in Walnut Creek has an unbeatable selection of PVC products—easily the best in the area. If you can’t find what you need at Lowe’s or Home Depot, chances are they have it here. I originally called ahead to ask about a specific PVC fitting, and they told me they didn’t have it. But when I stopped by to pick up some other supplies, I ended up finding exactly what I had been looking for. Their inventory is so extensive that even they might not realize everything they have in stock.

Beyond the great selection, the customer service here is top-notch. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and always willing to go the extra mile to help you find what you need. Whether you’re a professional plumber or just tackling a DIY project, they treat you with the same level of respect and attentiveness. This will definitely be my first stop for any future plumbing supplies. Highly recommend!
