Sal really helped us out in unclogging our bathroom sink tonight. He was professional, informative, and answered all my questions. Although we had some bad news on the root cause of our issue at least it’s a step forward to a more long term fix. Thank you, Sal!

Had them out for typical drain cleaning, our tech Salman was super helpful, fast and friendly. Always feels like plumbers can be hit or miss and can't speak to their other techs but Salman was awesome.

Christian was so helpful and nice. Explained everything he was doing and was super friendly. Excellent job unclogging the toilet and shower. Will use this company and Christian again if needed. Highly recommend.

Sal was excellent - on time and very professional. He worked at the problem until the main line was finally done.

I hadn't called until late in the day and wasn't expecting anyone to come out that day. Within a few hours the technician arrived and confirmed I needed a new water heater. He took the old one out and returned first thing the next morning to install the new one. Everything was quick and swift and the technician was very polite and considerate. Thank you for such great service.

Called and was able to speak to a very professional agent. She sent someone within the hour to fixed our single toilet that was clogged at 8 pm on a Monday night. Sal was polite, professional and successfully unclogged our toilet. It was a stressless experience.

I had problem with my toilet not disposing water quickly. Sal thoroughly explained some of possible problems in detail. And provided me clear guidance about price and procedure before starting work.

Of course I chose to allow Sal fixing my toilet problems. And as I expected he provided me desired result in timely manner. I would recommend Sal’s service to anybody who has similar problem.

Christian and (I think) Rolando (???) came and removed a broken water heater, picked up a new one and installed it within hours. He was up front about the cost and explained everything that was to be done. They were both professional, friendly, and helpful. Would definitely reach out to them again in the future, if needed.

Ray at Roto Rooter came in the day after Thanksgiving to fix what appeared to be a basic leaky bathtub faucet. He encountered a larger problem. After trying several options, Ray spent the entire day working to install new piping and a new shower faucet.

Sal was great! Polite and professional. Cleared drain and helped us flush out system.

great job first time & clear the jam, but needed a second time a few weeks later with no charge & this time had a camera guy along to show me what was going on . good team & I learn alot.
