Loved the experience at general plumbing. Staff is Extremely attentive to their customers. I was standing around one employee came to me and asked if l was already been helped. Employees go Extremely out of their way to make sure you have been helped. My experience at general plumbing was beyond of what it means to be a customer

They carry plumbing parts that the big box stores don't have on hand. Only down side is the 20% restocking fee for returns. I didn't have to return anything so didn't take a star off for that.

I called today (5.15.2020) and was able to go the showroom. All staff was very helpful. They gave recommendations and even provided the phone number to order my faucet part. Since it was under lifetime warrenty

Had a really simple question on pros/cons for various adapter types for capping copper piping in an area with limited accessibility. counter staff - one dude who looked like he was on roids, and another who looked like a grateful dead groupie - was completely rude, instead of answering my simple question, they repeatedly questioned the premise of my question and acted like I was clueless.

These monkeys seem to think that unless you're a pro, you aren't worth their time.

When it comes to selling a product they're good. But, when you call to check the status of an order.. Because it's much later than what you were told..all the customer service goes out the window. There's a lot to be desired in that department .. Not to mention the guy they have working in will call.. Very rude and impatient.

Horrible service The boy with the long hair gives horrible service. He acts like he doesn't know what you're talking about and all the time I go to this store it looks like he's tired. They should train him, he says that he doesn't have what you ask for and if you ask someone else, they do have it.

General plumbing has all the answers! I’ve gone here countless times with all my residential plumbing issues. They have saved me heaps of money and given me the confidence to tackle every issue myself. I get it and I’m glad their staff gets a day off but I wish they were open Sundays.

Their inventory is pretty good but something $64 in home depo is $218. Isn't that cool? I would never recommend these guys because businesses like them are one of the causes of inflation in this country.

Great customer service. This type of vendor carries the plumbing supplies that aren't readily availabile at big box home improvement stores and is staffed with knowledgeable people. They also have a showroom of fixtures from quality manufacturers.

The worst costumer service I have ever seen in my life!! They are so lovely when you place the order, after that, be ready that every question you have, you’ll have to wait at least couple of days, several delays on the material, the materials arrive cracked most of the times. Be aware!!!

I've had to go to General Plumbing Supply three times in just over 24 hours, and each time I was helped by Jodi Held. Jodi helped me with every single thing that I needed and suggested additional products that helped me with everything I didn't know I needed! She's been my hero for the last couple of days, and I couldn't have done the work that I needed to do at my house without her! Someone had better give her a raise ASAP

Great resource to check out high quality kitchen and bathroom fixtures and plumbing supplies. There is a showroom which you can write you name down on a list and get help or call to make an appointment or go to the back in the Contractor Desk area (aka warehouse) if you know what you want and order and pick up.

The friendly sales staff is very knowledgeable and know about the brands the store carries. I've purchased bathroom fixtures, plus plumbing parts in last 10 years and have never been disappointed from listening to General Plumbing's advice and expertise.

The showroom is like being in a candy store. Come with a budget in your mind,. What you are willing to spend because certain brands General Plumbing carry are very expensive. Prices are very competitive, comparing with the big box stores, like Home Depot and online, with much better quality than what you can at Home Depot.

If you are working with a contractor, be sure to ask for the "contractor pricing' vs retail.

There is a sink/shower demo area where you can test shower and hand shower heads.

Stopped in to get some advice on a product. The staff was very knowledgeable, they had in stock what I needed which was nice. Price was a little higher than I could've gotten online or elsewhere, but they had it in stock instead of having to wait 5-14 days to get it for the lower price.

Great experience. We were tasked by our contractor to source and purchase all plumbing hardware, fixtures, faucets, etc. It was overwhelming. Called ahead and spoke to Ryan. Met him later same day and he made the process so simple. Best thing though was that he knew of code requirements we never would have complied with on our own. Saving problems with the inspector.

A plumbing supply company for professionals. Yes they will assist any retail consumer that has a need for their extensive selection but it really seems to be a store of plumbers selling to plumbers. If you don't want know what you're looking for be sure to bring in the broken part and they'll have a much easier time helping you find the correct replacement.

They helped me with some warranty replacement parts and I was impressed with their efficiency and professionalism in getting me the parts and processing the paperwork. It saved me from having to pay approximately $500 for the water heater parts and then wait for a refund. They made sure I didn't have to spend a penny that day.
