My 20 year old water shut off valve broke causing me to lose water pressure to my whole house Veteran’s Day morning. I called 4 other big name places and requested emergency service to no avail. I contacted Service Pros and they said they could see me same day. Ray arrived early in the appointment window and knew exactly how to fix the problem. He was transparent about the scope of the work and the price. Ray was extremely polite and professional. He had my water back on in no time. He even thanked me for my military service. I’m thankful for their company and skilled technicians.

These guys are Amazing. I have called them out to my house a couple of times now and they are always very personable. They get the job done quickly and efficiently. I have not had any issues with them and I highly recommend service pros to anybody in the Bay Area. Great service.

I'm very impressed with this whole experience, setting up the appointment was very easy, I was kept up to date on when Eddie was to be at my home, the repair might been a simple one for him but I was having problems getting to do it myself, be had it figured out within 5 minutes of seeing the problem. My house is over 60 years old and the type of pipe was causing trouble but Eddie got it fixed and it only took about 20-25 minutes. You can bet when I have plumbing issues again my first call will be to Service Pros.

Our interactions with Juan have been great. He is very courteous, thoughtful, and takes the time to talk you through things. Would definitely recommend to anyone in need of service.

He was absolutely amazing! Fixed the leak in my sink and an issue that I had outside. Was extremely informative and explanatory with every step and just went above and beyond to make sure the plumbing in my unit was great! I would 100% use this company again.

Terrific experience with two Service Pro experts Octavia & Jason who worked diligently for over 2 hours to clear a total sewer line blockage from our house to the street main line connection . When the portable commercial grade Roto-Rooter spinning metal line got stuck at 100 ft Octavia called in for the Water Jetter equipment. His supervisor Jason soon arrived towing the extremely high pressure Water Jetter equipment which he used to blast thru at least 3 very dense root ball invasions in the 165ft of our 60 year old sewer line. We cannot say enough about our appreciation for their quick response and professional experience at resolving our serious plumbing issue quickly.

We initially wanted to replace our shower/tub combo for cosmetic reasons but after getting a few quotes it wasn’t in our budget. We expressed that our true concern was the shower spout and Eddie got right to work. We weren’t expecting him to fix the issue during the consult but he did. We are very pleased with his honesty and willingness to do the job on the spot. Very satisfied with the work.

I did one star less because our appointment window was 12-2 and they arrived at 2:15pm. I’m a stickler for timeliness.

Jason found our leak in a pressurized irrigation line. His work was methodical, thorough, and he was honest about the possibility that he might not find it (before we signed the contract)

Very helpful in scheduling the appt, plus tech was on time, delivered great advice and options for me. Bottom line is the toilet was replaced same day. Very efficient, left the area clean, and was very professional. Great work.

Rudy did excellent work. He was prompt and very professional. He arrived on time and completed the work in a timely manner. He also left the area very clean, and free of any debris. He replaced an old water heater and installed a new hot water heater. The following day Ray came by to help him run and a new water line and shut-off valve box for my refrigerator, as well as replaced some corroded water lines underneath the crawl space. Both Rudy and Ray were very professional. The cost to do the work was very reasonable, and I am very happy with the work performed. I would, definitely, call Service Pros Plumbers for any future plumbing work in my home.

WOW! I received an estimate from Service Pros Plumbers for $1,010.43 to install 2 pop up drain plugs in sinks and 1 pop up drain plug in a tub. I asked him how long it would take and he said 1-2 hours. I was supplying the pop up drain plugs!
I received an estimate from Lett’s Plumbing and they did it in an hour for $238.25, including a new P-trap and extension piece.

These gentlemen are truly kind, willingly helpful and provide exactly what they say they will: Best Service. I recommend them 1000%. They came out to detect a leak and within a short time they narrowed it down. Super professional and all around good people.

Highly recommend Service Pros Plumbers for any sewer lateral repair or replacement project. They helped come up with the best solution for our complex issue and got the work done professionally and with little interruption to us. Jason and his team did a great job!
