Our icemaker stopped working late on a Friday morning. I called VAR based on the excellent online reviews. Vincent lived up to the reviews. He quickly diagnosed the issue, ordered a part (that arrived the next business day), and installed it quickly after that. All for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend Vincent Appliance Repair.

We had called another company over a month ago who said we needed a new ice maker which he would order. We were charged for a service call . After waiting about a month with no call regarding the ice maker, I cancelled the order. The man from Vincent came the day after calling them. He found a few wires that had broken which he said was very common. He fixed them quickly. Very impressed and it saved me quite a bit! When the man left he said it would take a few hours to get cold before it would work. It never did work. I called the business and never heard back. $200 wasted!

Vincent appliance repair never disappoints. They are honest, thorough, and easy to communicate with. I have had multiple jobs done by Vadim and he is very knowledgeable and helpful.

We had a leaking dishwasher so we called Vincent. He was running late on another job so he called us to let us know he was delayed but would be coming in another 45 minutes. We appreciated that he communicated with us instead of leaving us to wonder if he was coming. When he arrived he was very nice and got right to work. He quickly determined that we did not have a leak under the dishwasher rather, we were overloading the dishwasher and the door was not closing properly. Vincent didn't charge us for his visit. What a rare find--an honest, courteous repairman. We will definitely use him again and recommend him highly.

When my stove got broken, I was apprehensive to call repair services. Fortunately, my friend suggested the reliable and not expensive guy. She used his company few times for different repairs.
I called “Vincent Appliance” and never regretted. Technician was on time, fixed the problem efficiently, and for reasonable price. My stove is working properly again!!! Now I know who to call next time!!!

I hate writing negative reviews but in this case is necessary. I had a LG dishwasher at a rental property showing on the display an error code and was not working properly so I contacted this company and asked them if they knew how to service this kind of dishwashers and they said they did so they went and checked the dishwasher and gave me the diagnostics:

Possible leak from diverter, valve or board. Repair Estimate $250 for parts and $200 for labor.

When they gave me the repair estimate I immediately knew there were only 2 options:

Option number 1 they did not know what was wrong with it and they were just guessing.

Option number 2 which is even worse they knew exactly what was wrong with the dishwasher and simply wanted to take advantage of me.

Being suspicions of their repair estimate I contacted another company and not to my surprise there was NO LEAK, none of those parts were needed.
One of the sensors at the bottom had gotten wet and that was the reason why the dishwasher was throwing the error code.

Apparently this is a known issue with this kind of dishwashers when you put too much dish detergent a little bit of water sometimes escapes underneath the dishwasher and water gets on the guides and the sensor gets wet and as a precaution it throws a code.

So all it was needed was to dry the sensor remove the little bit of water around it and it was done.

I really don't understand why some companies do this, the success of a company most of the time comes from return costumers or referrals. At the end of the day I ended up paying this company $65 for the "diagnostics" and obviously will never call them again for any service.

The other company even gave me some tips for this not to happen again, what is the best soap for this machine, the amount that is recommended, etc.

Extremely happy with the service and overall experience with Vincent Appliance Repair , the technicians knows what they are doing. I had one of the technicians to fix my Miele Dishwasher and he did a great job!

My service technician, Roman, was great. He found a way to replace the drainage pump in my dishwasher without being able to remove it from the space it was in. Since the floor was installed after the dishwasher was, this created a real problem. But Roman was able to overcome that with basically lying on his back for two hours. His arms might be a little longer now but I appreciate him getting this fixed.

Mike was amazing. Had nothing but confidence and answered all of my questions. I like to learn and understand to the best of my abilities what’s happening/wrong with an appliance and Mike went above and beyond to answer all of these questions. My ice machine was successfully repaired & Mike knew the issue immediately. Will be hiring again for future help!! Thank you Mike!

Vincent and his team have repaired several appliances for me. I called one appliance repair and they told me my dryer needed a new motor and charged me $100. Vincent repaired it in 30 minutes! Also repaired my La Cornue range. They are professional, friendly and efficient. Easy to schedule and very responsive. I highly recommend them for any appliance service!

I wanted to take this moment to review Vincent appliances. Unfortunately I was faced with a malfunctioning washing machine . That’s when My son immediately called for a service call. The next day Tony arrived to my home . Not only are they Responsive but they are also Professional and Honest. Had a problem on the first day of scheduled service with a longer than expected repair before me that required reschedule to the following morning. Tony, new technician on the case, showed just now and while we weren't able to solve the problem this time due to the difficulty of getting the old dishwasher out (it may have been tiled in), he worked tirelessly to do all he could and check out the issue. I really appreciated his professionalism and that he didn't just shrug his shoulders and say "Nothing I can do." So, after an initial hiccup, Vincent Appliance Repair lived up to the reviews I saw that led me to contact and, assuming I can get the machine out now, I'll be happy to deal with them again towards further diagnostics and possible repair of it.

Update: Quick post about positive appliance repair experience with Vincent Appliance Repair now that I managed to free the dishwasher.

Older Bosch dishwasher suffered both a drain hose leak and an intake valve failure at the same time. Not terribly difficult to repair granted. But Tony came out undemanded on a Sunday to handle the change out of the drain hose, which had us back and in working order, only to find that the water pooling issue was not due to the inability to drain well. Letting them know, Tony returned to identify the part and showed me how to order the exact one on Amazon and asked that I call the main desk back to let them know when I had it (one day). Called this morning and Tony was here by 11am and changed it out. Last two visits he refused anything for his time and the initial charge was absolutely reasonable as well. Every time he was booked for a 3 hour window he was there a minute before the window even began. Couldn't have been nicer and more professional. I highly recommend based on this experience...

Anyways I gotta tell you, I was so relieved to have Vadim take care of my repairs. He immediately put me at ease. I first hired him last year for my stove, then recently my dryer & dishwasher. Wonderful appliance repair company! I've used a couple of times now and every time get a top notch service. Yesterday Misha came to check on my broken refrigerator and gave me a detailed report on what's wrong and how to fix it. Do not look any further call them and you won't be disappointed!
