I’m a real estate agent and I’ve been looking for a good appliance repair company that’s fair responsive and has good pricing. I called them at 11 o’clock. They were at my clients house
Which happens to be the famous cactus house in Woodland Hills on Topanga at 1 o’clock and Alex. The technician was wonderful. Again I do this for a living and I was highly highly impressed. Thank you guys.

This is the worst company I've ever experienced in my life. They are disorganized, inefficient and rude. They don't seem to care about customer service or even actually providing correct information. Also should mention that they are now claiming that an order that we tracked as delivered was not delivered, so they are pocketing parts to make $. Horrible.

Steve came and did a great job and identifying the issue and replacing my burned out microwave lightbulb. You’d think a microwave bulb replacement would be an easy task but due to intentional crappy engineering design by KitchenAid, it involved the complete removal of a combined KitchenAid oven/microwave from a built-in cabinet in our kitchen. In my opinion, KitchenAid one-time price to repair the lightbulb, $417, was utterly ridiculous. In addition, KitchenAid tried to sell me on an optional payment plan of about $45 per month for a minimum of one year. Steve from Vincent was very efficient and the tools utilized and adjustable dolly were appropriate for the job at hand. The communications from the Vincent office were timely and appreciated. Would recommend them again!

Look it’s gonna cost you $300 if you’re lucky to get something fixed after having someone show up to your house. So the question is, would you like someone there for half an hour for $300 or for four hours for $300? I was happy just to have half an hour and have my washing machine working perfectly again.

My Bosch oven stopped heating. I figured out that the igniter needed replacing. Vincent was able to arrive the next morning and take care of it. No attempt to upsell. Very pleased
