Had a great experience! My stove burners were not working, and we had been told previously that it would be an extensive (and expensive fix). The techs at Vincent were so friendly and helpful, and it was fixed promptly, effectively and affordably! Will definitely call them again for any appliance repairs!

Late Friday, and we had a big spewing leak in our Samsung washing machine hose, and a mound of dirty laundry. I was desperate! I looked on Yelp, and found Vincent! Great reviews all around, so thought I'd give them a shot. Called on Friday afternoon and spoke with Vince who said they were booked up until the following week. He must have sensed the desperation in my voice, and said he could squeeze me in the next day. Vince showed up right on time, and took care of the problem in about half an hour. Price was extremely fair, and we received new high quality connector hoses for washer and dryer. He left everything super clean, and was extremely friendly and helpful. Laundry is almost done and all is right with the world! Will definitely call on Vincent Appliance again for appliance repair.

I'm so happy I chose Vincent Appliance Repair to diagnose & fix my leaking washing machine. Mike came out quickly following my phone call, & he saw the leaking problem immediately. He ordered the new part which came in the next day. I was so pleased with how Mike explained everything to me, & he even checked over my dryer & dishwasher, He's very kind & professional, & the charge was very fair. Yesterday (12/29/2023) I called Vincent Appliance Repair for a service call, my refrigerator wasn’t cooling and the freezer wasn’t working. Today Alex came and after checking it out he told me it’s the compressor and it wasn’t worth fixing it. He went through all it would entail if I chose to fix it. It was helpful by him explaining everything, giving me options so I could make the best decision and sharing about the different refrigerator brands. Alex definitely knows what he’s doing and was professional. I would use them again. Vincent’s service call price is fair. I highly recommend giving them a call when you need repairs or an estimate.

My 15 year old refrigerator needed service. The technician, Alex, saw that the cost to repair would not be worth it on an old refrigerator. So rather than trying to sell me a costly repair he recommended that it was time for a new fridge. Not in his best interests but honest. Will certainly use Vincent’s again for appliance repairs or maintenance.

Vadim is such a great mechanic. He came to fix this rumbling noise in my dryer and a few days later I was having problems with the heat. We're not sure what caused the thermostat issue but he came back to our house twice to fix the thermostat. Truly such a great guy and he even cleaned out our washer drain and fixed one of my stove burners that wasn't working. I wouldn't recommend anyone other than Vadim!

I have called Vincent Appliance Repair for two separate issues (washing machine and oven repairs) and have been very happy both times. Vadim is very knowledgeable and their prices are very reasonable. They also respond quickly and I appreciated the text/phone updates prior to arrival. Highly recommend!

I would like to review this business. First, I am a repeat customer. Next, this last service appointment was horrible. I called the company to check my stove fan. They arrived, pulled the whole fan apart, leaving it non-operational and took my computer board to repair. They repaired it, charged me and installed it to find that, now, my motor was broken. (I'm not sure it was, but what could I do?) they gave me an additional quote, time frame of 3-4 days and I agreed. Very long story short, they did not fix it in 4 days, it took an additional week over the 4 days. The problem is that they lied about the repair, the cost, the time frame and every time I requested to speak to Vincent, he was never available, I believe avoiding me. After many days of calling in, I finally got in touch with Vincent and we eventually completed the repair. The reason for the 1 star is due to the private texts that he sent me on the poor review. He lied about the repair, the timeframe, his follow up and that he sent me a video of the repair. His texts were nasty, vulgar and accusatory and he will blame anyone before taking responsible. I DON"T TRUST HIM AND YOU SHOULD NOT EITHER. I just wanted to share my experience and hopefully you can find another trustworthy company. DON"T TRUST THIS COMPANY.

Vadim is the BEST!

Very professional and very knowledgeable and extremely polite, kind and honest. I have had him to my house several times and each time, he takes off his shoes at my door before entering. I didn't even ask him to do this. He goes straight to work, he is no nonsense. Works hard and thoroughly, does not miss anything. I found them through my Home Warranty company, and thankfully I did. I will use them even when the policy is up. Hire Vadim, you will not be disappointed.
