They could give better costumer service

They ripped me off something that cost 20 bucks at a home Depot they charge me $80 for it

0 stars.. this is the worst Ferguson I've ever been to. Bad service. And they don't give a fk about it...

They didn’t have what I wanted and when I asked for help, I was virtually ignored. I’m heading to Home Depot. Thanks for nothing Ferguson.

Not a good one, they the gave me the wrong product, they charge me a restocking fee and then they too over charge me for the right one. Went Hirsh plumbing instead.

The wait time is insane, the people that work here move like sloths. If you want to spend an hour or more in line this is your spot

Very disappointed of the employees, according to today they had no electricity and they were closed and they did not take care of me but they took care of another client who seemed friend of them. It does not seem fair to me.

Avoid this place at all times. I showed one of the guys at the counter a product I need and he come to with a completely wrong part that doesn't look at all like the piece I gave him then he has the nerve to tell me "this isn't my first day on the job." This ferguson location is a joke.

They have really bad customer service

Called 4 times at 4:15 Only to be ignored then someone picked the phone up finally and just said "no" and hung up on my..itll 45 min till you guys close..no excuses. And not the first time I have dealt with this..happens at their van nuys branch juat as much

Bad service, waited more than 30 mins to pay for a few things and told us they can’t take phone payments. We’ve always paid over the phone and been coming here for 17 years. Just lost a customer!

Service is super slow here takes over an hour just to get someone to help you out and when they finally do they act as if you’re a burden to them, they are never stocked with much just pure laziness at this location Do not come here if you want to get stuff done in a timely manner!

George & Giovanni are excellent...I can not rave about them enough. Any review that claims that they don't answer their phone all the time and call you back right away....obviously don't realize how busy they are! and a place that is always busy...is a place that is doing something right! I say to them, go down there and pull a number and wait your turn...and see the level of customer service you get...you will be blown away!!! I'm a homeowner and a property manager, so I'm use to dealing with supply companies. I'm usually the only woman in the place, and get treated with a less than desirable level of customer service. They ordered a Kohler tub for me that is poorly wrapped from the factory, so it was dinged and scratched, so they ordered another and when that also came poorly wrapped...they decided to order me three of them so I can find one that was in good shape. Worked like a charm! Best thing was that they have a huge selection in stock in their pamonia warehouse so delivery time was only a few days. The same tub I ordered twice from Lowes and it also came poorly wrapped and was scratched...but the difference was each tub took 3 weeks to get from Kohler. I can not recommend them enough...I love that I found a great company to use in the future!!!

painfully slow they work with no tech, the invoice is a huge paper, so it takes forever, bad customer service all employs are scrambling with their old system so they have no time for customer service

A friend pointed me to Ferguson, which he said was the best plumbing source in Hollywood. He also warned that the parking lot is a bit "tight" which is true, although I had no trouble finding a spot, it's tricky to back out and there were trucks waiting to come in.

I had a short wait, then Hero was tremendously helpful and got me everything I needed, making some helpful suggestions about what I'd need to replace a pipe leading to a P-trap under a sink, and even trimming it to length for me. Some similar stores might be a bit more impatient with a non-plumber, so I really appreciated his help.

I'd give him and the store the highest recommendation based on today's visit.

Service couldn’t be slower. There is a few competitors out there that want my money so I decided not to wait 30 minutes to pay for a few dozens of copper fittings and went somewhere else. I’ll admit the fact that I keep coming back but I promise it’s only when I don’t have another choice.

Ferguson's is the best store, this particular store especially, in the world.. if the reviews could carry ubiquitously.. I'm sure they would concur looking at this little hard rock in the galaxy... that name would have to come to mind as they gazed in search of superlative beings

Whoever manages this place needs to be fired. It’s run with such inefficiency, that it boggles your mind how these guys are still in business. I just witnessed a half an hour wait with over 25 people line out the door and nobody at the register. Whoever owns the spot… get your grip on your location.

Coming here is a nightmare all the wrong things about a bussines are display in here, a case study for bad bussines, the employes must be rewarded to be slow or they hate their job, and on top of that they are more expensive than home depot, slow, expensive and bad customer service, at least they can afoard all the paper waisted on invoices
