awesome this guy is on it. My style. This was trip # 1 a few hours later I go back same awesome service. I'll be back to this branch for sure thanks for the great service.

Poor Customer service , more than 10 customer waiting and cashier on the phone for about 1hr

Very slow counter guys, not enough guys in the front , you better drive to OC and comeback I'll be faster ....

Very crowded and acces closed feom santa monica expect 1 1/2 hour at least just go to hirsh on gower until construction on corner of santa monica and mc cadden

MY GUYS HIT A UNMARKED 1” WATER SERVICE IN BEVERLY HILLS. CALLED FERGUSONS TO MAKE SURE THEY HAD ALL THE PARTS WE NEEDED. PULLED UP TOOK A NUMBER, NUMBER WAS CALLED. I TOLD THEM WHAT I NEEDED PUT IT ON OUR ACCOUNT, AND I WAS ON MY WAY IN NO TIME. FAST SERVICE, GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE,VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE WILL BE A RETURNING CUSTOMER

Ide give 0 stars if I could horrible customer service extremely slow they also barley stock their shelves it’s not even that that’s the worst it’s how slow they are do not give them your business! Horrible counter guys ! You’ll be waiting for minimum a hour!

As far as we know Roman Sharf Plumbing never provide work with gas for any warranty company . People can write here whatever they want . What a difference it's true or not ? People read , draw conclusions , but where the truth is? , where there is not truth ? What's the difference ? Every body have different experiences .......

This plumber calls himself "Reliable" on his website but he's FAR from it. He was picked by my home warranty company to fix an urgent issue and he didn't even bother call to make an appointment within the first 24 hours as the home warranty company tells you. When I called he said he'd call me back and let me know when he can come out. And he didn't. I called twice and left messages. When I asked the home warranty to call him, he answered and told the agent and myself that he'd call back in the afternoon to let me know when he can come out. 48 hours passed and he cannot look at a calendar! I waited for him to call that Friday afternoon and the entire weekend but, no calls. Monday morning I call and leave a voicemail, and no response. Finally I get a call from the home warranty company with another plumbers contact info. Roman Sharf Plumbing wasted 4.5 days of time when I needed an urgent gas pipe service during this cold weather. My family didn't have heating, hot water and cooking because he couldn't be bothered to call back or check his calendar. I would not hire his services if it was free and paid me money. Please beware of this plumber. THE worst I've ever had to work with.

I met Andrew Jimenez of Hagen Plumbing by chance at a hardware store. He generously gave me advice, but when my skills fell short, I called him. He arrived promptly, solved my plumbing problem, and was courteous throughout. Andrew is a master plumber and a man of his word—I wouldn’t hesitate to call him againJ
